Talk about creamy Indian desserts and Almond Malai kheer is the first name that pops in our mind. We love our rice puddings anyway and the addition of almonds, saffron and aromatic spices make it a gastronomical delight to savour as a dessert or as a late night indulgence. For the festival seasons, this almond malai kheer is our go-to dessert recipe as we can not think of a better way to finish our meal than a delicious, rich and creamy malai kheer, the taste of which linger in our mouth for a really long time.
