Philippe joined the army to fight in a strange country, covered by thick forests and hilly mountains. A big shock when he understood he was forced to torture a young Viet Minh girl, fighting for independence. He decides to flee with her, in an unspoilt journey in the jungle of wilderness. Asked and confronted, they discovered themselves. The movie is their love story.
