Tim is very fond of chocolate, but in addition is always on the lookout for new forms of presentation, and new technologies. He spotted this Easter Duck (OK, not really an egg) in a London shop the other day, and was very taken with the rough yellow texture, which mimics the down you find on a young bird.

Apparently the plain chocolate duck is chilled and then sprayed with a special chocolate spatter gun, which leaves this yellow chocolate finish which has an unusual texture.

As Tim says though, lovely as the duck is, Tim will be eating him over the Easter break!
