Dexterity Toy - can you do it?

Just get the ring over the hook. Should be simple enough. But since the toy is water filled, everything happens in slow motion. There is also a bubble in the water (not sure if that was there originally, when the toy was new) which also disrupts things.

Very simple, and simply frustrating. Over to the expert...
