After small-time crook Mickey (Leo Gregory) finds Don Barber (Vincent Regan), the psychopathic head of the London underworld, in the trunk of a stolen car, he is thrust into the middle of a brutally violent turf war. On the verge of closing a lucrative human trafficking deal, and facing arrest and assassination, Barber goes underground and appoints Mickey to run the gang in his place.
