This is the second entry in the Nasties Review by director Joe D'Amato who follows up his previous nasty 'Anthropophagus the Beast' with this pseudo sequel Absurd. George Eastman kind of reprises his 'Beast' role in a film that is sort of like a bunch of other films and vaguely tells a story of a semi indestructible man who heals very quickly but at the expense of being quite, quite mad. Featuring more ham than a pig farm and some highly original murder scenes that stand up against the best the genre has to offer this is a film that few have had the chance to see due to its unavailability.
