Mr Hubert Vedrine, former Minister of Foreign Affairs, was received for a lecture dealing with his new book "History strikes back". According to Mr Vedrine, the western countries made big mistakes after the Cold War. He also discussed the fact that REALpolitik has to be reinvented to create a realistic policy.
