00:08about the all-new Citroen C3 CNG that has been launched in the Indian market yes Citroen is now

00:14offering the C3 with a CNG fitted kit and obviously it has launched recently well the

00:22kit is priced at rupees 93,000 which increases the ex-showroom price to rupees 7.16 lakh now

00:30this move was done by Citroen India for the growing demand of cleaner fuel and obviously

00:35expanding the CNG infrastructure across the country now if we talk about the power figures

00:41the C3 CNG variant is powered by a 1.2 litre naturally aspirated petrol engine and when

00:47running on petrol it generates 82 bhp and 115 nm of peak torque when obviously the CNG figures of

00:54the power and the torque are not yet out from Citroen but we are expecting a slight drop in

00:59the power because of the CNG fitment and since now you have a CNG installed in it so people might like

01:06to know what the mileage is after fitting the CNG so it gets an ARAS certified fuel efficiency of 28.1

01:14kilometers to 1 kg of CNG and also it comes equipped with a 5-speed manual trunk mission

01:20and since Citroen has now fitted the CNG in the C3 obviously the rear section of the car becomes

01:27slightly heavier so they have upgraded the rear suspension as well so that now it can take the

01:32load of the kit that is being installed within the car now Citroen has partnered up with Lovato

01:38which is a renowned name in the CNG kit sector the kit includes a single cylinder that's

01:43equivalent of 55 litre water equipment capacity allowing a range of around 170 to 200 kilometers

01:50depending on how you drive the vehicle on a full tank of CNG and obviously this collaboration

01:55ensures that Citroen owners can reliably convert their vehicles to CNG without even compromising

02:01on performance or safety at the same time now if we talk about the other variants of the C3 CNG it

02:08is available in four different trims we have the Citroen C3 live then we have the feel then we have

02:14the feel o that is optional and then we have the shine now the prices vary from 7.16 lakh to 9.24 lakh

02:21ex-showroom and if we talk about the warranty Citroen is offering a three-year or 1 lakh kilometer

02:27warranty on the CNG version of the C3 which is equivalent to the petrol variant of the C3 as well

02:34so now you have warranty as well after you have got the CNG kit installed or if you're buying the car

02:41with the CNG kit now the C3 CNG find itself price slightly higher than the Maruti Wagon R but than

02:47the Tata Punch and the Hyundai Xter the pricing strategy of the C3 obviously is looking for a

02:53cleaner fuel as we mentioned earlier without breaking your pockets so yeah guys now the Citroen C3 comes
