00:00Most senators-elect in the recently concluded 2025 midterm polls are still in a blissful, pinch-me state of mind.

00:07But all of them continue to express heartfelt thanks to their supporters, families, friends, and to the one most high.

00:14Senators-elect Bam Aquino and former PNP chief Panfilo Lacson are but two of them, as we hear more from our Mela Les Moras.

00:23More winning senatoriables express gratefulness for their supporters.

00:27Former Sen. Panfilo Lacson, who is in the top 12 in the vote count, looks forward to working again with his colleagues in the Senate,

00:36like former Senators Bam Aquino and Kiko Pangilinan, who emerged in the top 12 as well.

00:42Aquino said, though he was not topping the surveys, he believes it is because of the health of God

00:48and his supporters that made it possible for him to reach his place in the current vote count.

00:54Ngayon po, napakalaki na po ng ating mandato at sisiguraduhin po natin,

01:00seseryosoin po natin ang trabaho ng pagiging Senador ng Republika ng Pilipinas

01:05at magtatrabaho tayo para sa pag-anghat ng pamilyang Pilipino.

01:09Poised to win a seat in the Senate race, Senator Pia Cayetano said,

01:14the beginning of the real work lies ahead.

01:17They are the lucky ones. While there are winners, there are also those on the losing end,

01:22like Senate Majority Leader Francis Tolentino, who expressed thankfulness to his supporters.

01:27Sana po sa mga darating na araw, ipakita po natin ang lalo natin maigting na pahikipaglaban

01:33para sa iisang Pilipinas. Gusto po natin makita na hindi maagaw ang ating teritoryo

01:38kahit isang malaking bansa. At kinutuway po po dito isang malaking bansa katulad ng China.

01:43Sana po na ipakita natin ang ating pagiging patatag bilang isang Pilipino.

01:47Sa harap po naman tayo, ni Dr. Rosarizal, ako po ay nagpapasalamat sa inyong lahat.

01:51The same with Sen. Bong Revilla, who thanked his supporters. He also called for unity.

01:57Sen. Sinja Villar, meanwhile, thanked supporters despite failing to win her district's congressional seat
