00:00Out of more than 80 certificates of CANVAS or COCs transmitted today to the Commission on Elections or COMLEC server,

00:06the National Board of Campusers has already tallied the votes from 30 COCs for both senatorial and partyless races as part of the ongoing official count.

00:16PTV correspondent Luisa Erispe has the details.

00:21The Commission on Elections or COMLEC is expected to release their partial and official vote count by tomorrow morning.

00:28This will be the CANVAS votes by the National Board of Canvassers.

00:32Ito na po yung parang pamantayan natin at patakaran natin everyday na meron tayong nilalabas ginabukasan ng running tally ng lahat po na na-canvas ng mga board.

00:42COMLEC explained this is a crucial part of the canvassing because this will be tallied manually and not digitally.

00:48For the purpose of transparency, COMLEC will also release the list and copies of the certificates of CANVAS they have opened and counted.

00:55Canvassing is expected to be finished this week because the poll body aims to proclaim winners for senators and partyist organizations.

01:25by Saturday or Sunday.

01:27But the poll body vowed before they proclaim winners, 100% of the votes will be canvassed.

01:46Pero siyempre kailangan ang COMLEC, 100% ang CANVAS.

01:49Wala dapat isaman na COC ang maiiwan sa pag nagka-canvas ang COMLEC.

01:55For today, the National Board of Canvassers succeeded in canvassing 30 certificates out of 175 overall count.

02:02The COCs are from the local absentee voting, overseas absentee voting, provinces, and highly urbanized cities.

02:09Meanwhile, COMLEC assured there are no anomalies or actual votes deducted from the alleged discrepancy

02:15from the transparency server at around 2 a.m. earlier today.

02:19The poll body explained those releasing partial and unofficial tally of votes need to adjust their vote count

02:26because they are presents the transmitted election results twice.

02:29Wala pong dagdag bawas, wala pong shading, wala pong, wala po.

02:34It's just a matter of nag-correct sila kung sino man yung nag-correct.

02:38Kinakailang mag-adjust at mag-correct dahil nga po sa nadoble yung mga voto dahil pinaprocess.

02:44Pag po pala pinaprocess, may meron sila dyan sa IT.

02:48Pag pinaprocess na gaganong kaya kinakailang meron kang program para lang linisin at hindi madoble.
