02:08Kaya inutusan nila yung mga electoral board mula sa mga cluster precincts na yon

02:13na bumaba agad dito sa Cagayan de Oro City Hall

02:17at i-transmit ang mga boto na mula sa kanilang mga automated counting machines

02:22at para mag-reflect sa server ng Comelec.
