Transcript
00:00I want to be happy, whatever it takes, but I want to enjoy what I'm doing and for that
00:05you need to work hard, you need to have a good team, you need to feel that you are doing the
00:11right things, so that's my goal, but for sure you want to keep having new experiences,
00:20having to try different things, what works here maybe doesn't work in our place, so you need to
00:26think, and in that thinking, in that analysis, you get better for sure. What I have left here,
00:31lived here in Bayer Leverkusen, it has been very special, you know, it's going to be a very important
00:37part of my life forever, and because it's so meaningful, it has had a big impact in my development
00:44for sure as a coach, but as a person, my family as well, we have felt really well, and it's one of
00:49those, maybe those ones were events, but this one is an experience or a period very important
00:58of my life, so yeah, that stays forever, with the highlights of last year, that's going to
01:04stay in my little own history, but in the big history of Bayer Leverkusen for sure.
