00:00Right now, job seekers should have an extended timeline in mind because it is taking a little
00:05bit longer. We're seeing like five to six months, even for super qualified candidates,
00:10it can take to land a job in terms of the whole process. But employers really vary when it comes
00:16to how they structure their interview process. But keep in mind as a candidate, if you're in
00:21multiple interview processes at the same time, leverage that and let them know. It's a great way
00:25to speed the process along. So be transparent, like you would want them to be with you. Let
00:30them know, hey, you're my first choice, but I am actively interviewing with several other companies
00:35right now. Can you share an update? And that will light a fire to speed up the process when you
00:40showcase how desirable you are as a candidate. So the market right now is so competitive and it can
00:46feel overwhelming and stressful, but it's important to know that it's not just you. Other candidates
00:52are experiencing the same challenges. Our data shows that one in three job seekers never hear
00:57back when applying for a job. And our latest survey actually also showed that two in three job seekers
01:03haven't received a single job offer. That's the highest level we've seen since we began tracking this
01:08in 2022. So it's very competitive right now. And the data reflects that. So you are not alone if
01:13you're struggling.
