00:00Break out the party rolls,
00:01because I've got five new slider recipes
00:03you are going to love.
00:05All you need is a pack of Hawaiian rolls
00:07and a handful of ingredients, and I got you covered.
00:10The ham delight still probably reigns supreme
00:12as a party favorite with the poppy seed dressing,
00:15but you've all seen that one before, okay?
00:17These you may or may not have seen.
00:19I'm starting with the cowboy slider.
00:21This is a cheesy bacon-y barbecue burger.
00:25Five ingredients besides the rolls include
00:27your ground beef, of course, some bacon,
00:29some cheddar cheese, a little barbecue sauce,
00:31and jalapenos.
00:32You can also use pickles if you don't wanna have it so spicy.
00:36An optional sixth ingredient, some crunchy onions.
00:40You decide.
00:40What I love about these burger sliders
00:42is that you don't have to sit there and patty up
00:4412 or 24 little burger patties.
00:46We're going to cook it up sloppy joe style.
00:49Let's do it.
00:50Okay, as usual with our five ingredient recipes,
00:52pantry staples do not count.
00:54So any seasonings, things like Worcestershire,
00:57you should have these things on hand.
00:58So I'm gonna get my skillet hot
01:00and then just go in with your ground beef.
01:02So I'm gonna get this all browned up
01:03and then at this point, I'm just gonna season it up
01:05with just some pantry staples, a little salt, pepper,
01:08onion and garlic powder, and a little Worcestershire.
01:12Let's build our slider.
01:14All right, I'm gonna stir in some barbecue sauce now
01:16to give it that smoky flavor.
01:17That's what is reminiscent kind of in all cowboy recipes,
01:21or cowgirl today.
01:23Then you can also add more later
01:24if you want them extra saucy.
01:26You can use the sweet or butter flavor
01:29of the slider rolls.
01:30All right, after you've cut your rolls,
01:31they're going back on the tray.
01:34Did you know you could put the tray in the oven?
01:36It's written right there on the back.
01:38So that's just gonna make for easy removal
01:39and clean up later.
01:41Down with some bacon.
01:42I'm gonna put about half of my cheese down now.
01:45Now I'm going in with some jalapeno.
01:46They really give these a kick,
01:48but they also give it a little crunch.
01:50All right, I'm going in with a little more sauce,
01:52a little more cheese,
01:53and our optional crunchy onions.
01:57I love building it in the tray.
01:58Am I blowing your mind today with this one?
02:00These are gonna be even a little more indulgent
02:02with a little buttery top.
02:03I'm gonna cover them and bake them
02:05in their package at 325 for about 10 minutes
02:09or just until everything is melted
02:11and gooey and comes together.
02:13All right, it smells so good.
02:16It did not burn.
02:17Look at these beauties.
02:20It's like sloppy joe meets a cheeseburger,
02:23meets a barbecue sandwich, meets Texas.
02:28My God, I started off with a 14 out of 10.
02:31It's got it all.
02:32It's got it all.
02:33You've got that like creamy, savory richness
02:35from the meat and cheese and bacon,
02:37but then that little jalapeno comes through
02:39and the crunch from the onion.
02:42This next one, I'm gonna tell you,
02:44you're already gonna wanna double or triple the recipe
02:46because they are going to fly off the table.
02:48Chicken bacon ranch sliders.
02:50I used to go by another name that rhymes with smack chicken.
02:53This is that.
02:54The easiest of recipes.
02:56You've got your chicken, ranch seasoning,
02:58a little cream cheese, bacon and cheddar.
03:01Optional sixth ingredient, but we'll decide that later.
03:04All comes together so easily in the crock pot.
03:07This is just a good like game day favorite.
03:09So you just place raw chicken right into your crock pot.
03:13Then you're just gonna place the cream cheese
03:14right on top of that.
03:15And then you just sprinkle the ranch packet right on top
03:18and that's it.
03:18This goes on high for just two to three hours
03:20or on low for five to six hours.
03:22Doesn't look like much now, but just shred it up.
03:25And then watch how creamy it gets
03:27when we stir in more cheese and bacon.
03:30I mean, I told you to double or triple it.
03:32All right, once it's shredded, I'm going to stir in cheddar
03:37and bacon.
03:39Okay, so this is like good to go.
03:41You can serve this on big burger buns.
03:43You can serve this over rice, pasta.
03:46It's just a staple.
03:48Look how good that looks.
03:51Creamy, delicious.
03:52Now I'm gonna stir in the optional ingredient.
03:54I couldn't resist just to make it look a little healthier.
03:58There we go.
03:59Look at that.
04:00It's like a loaded baked potato, but chicken.
04:02For the rolls, just gonna heat them up straight in its tray.
04:06Don't try that at home.
04:09This is what you can make if you've got to make
04:11a big batch of sandwiches for people
04:13because it stretches out once it's shredded
04:15and you can just spread this on.
04:16This makes it so easy.
04:18I could make two or three of these trays with this amount.
04:22Definitely an easy thing for a party.
04:24And look at that.
04:25You can just snag yours right off.
04:27Pull it off without even cutting it
04:28because everything is so finely shredded and creamy.
04:31Easy.
04:32But how does it taste?
04:34I can already tell you.
04:36It's gonna be addictive.
04:38Chicken bacon ranch is one of the greatest combos
04:40in the history of flavor combos.
04:42And these sliders might be the best package
04:44it's ever been served in.
04:47That's so good.
04:49This next one is an upgrade from the classic meat and cheese
04:52slider that we're so used to.
04:53This one's cold and crunchy, and it's just the perfect
04:55crowd pleaser.
04:56This one is the chopped Italian grinder slider.
05:00Yes.
05:01This one's gonna have the salty meats
05:03and the crunchy veggies and that tanginess
05:05from some banana peppers.
05:08This one makes me happy.
05:09So I'm going with a trio of meats, some crunchy lettuce,
05:13provolone cheese, red onion, banana peppers.
05:17Chopped sandwiches is just one of the greatest inventions
05:19because you get everything mixed into one bite and you know
05:23how much I love a perfect bite.
05:25This sandwich is that.
05:27And it could not be any easier to put together.
05:29You literally just chop all the ingredients together
05:32and slap it on your rolls.
05:34All right.
05:35When you've given it a head start,
05:36this is when I'll add in the banana peppers
05:38because they're already sliced up.
05:39They don't need as much chopping and these in along
05:42with a little olive oil, a little salt and pepper.
05:45Chop that up.
05:45It's like a sub in a tub salad.
05:48Oh, this is gonna be so good.
05:49A red wine vinegar, a little Italian seasoning,
05:52and a little mayonnaise to hold it together.
05:54Don't tell me mayonnaise doesn't go on an Italian grinder.
05:56It goes on these.
05:57This one of course would be great for any party
05:59because it's a crowd pleaser,
06:00but this is the perfect thing to pack for a picnic
06:03or something because you can assemble them,
06:04keep them in the package, and throw it in the cooler.
06:06For the rolls, I like to brush them
06:07with a little garlic butter.
06:09This is just butter mixed with a little garlic powder,
06:12the same butter I used earlier.
06:14And we're just gonna toast these up for just a few minutes.
06:19All right.
06:20Toasty rolls.
06:21Add in our deliciousness.
06:24Just pile it on.
06:26It's just the perfect amount.
06:28Look at that.
06:30That is some good stuff right there.
06:32It's like you don't have to do any searching
06:34for the perfect bite.
06:37Mm.
06:38Warm, soft, and buttery on the outside.
06:41Crunchy, cold, and tangy on the inside.
06:44Y'all, these are perfection.
06:46The new picnic favorite right here.
06:49Say what you want, but this next one
06:50is one of my favorite sliders I've ever made,
06:53and it is inspired by a drive-thru,
06:55the Arby's Roast Beef and Cheddar.
06:57So these are cheesy roast beef sliders.
07:01This is what I spent like all last football season
07:05making for the football parties.
07:07It's just so good and indulgent.
07:08I might have even gone a little overboard.
07:10Okay, it starts by taking a 9 by 13 and buttering it up.
07:14This way you get that kind of toasty, crusty goodness
07:17on the outside.
07:18You know, but this isn't your typical beef and cheddar
07:20because you've got the, like, sweet Hawaiian roll
07:23that it's onto, so it kind of makes that, like, sweet and salty
07:26hint of spicy from the sauce, goodness.
07:29And then we're going to add the roast beef on top.
07:31This is one of those recipes I get from TikTok, you know.
07:34TikTok has taught us some great things.
07:37All right, pile it on, and then you've got to put the Arby's sauce on there.
07:40It can't just be any barbecue sauce.
07:42It won't be the same.
07:43So give it a healthy douse.
07:46And then the good stuff, straight out of a can.
07:49And then just kind of dollop the cheese.
07:50As it heats up, it'll spread out a little more.
07:53And then top buns go on.
07:55The rolls at Arby's are those onion rolls,
07:58so I've got to, like, kind of create that
08:00but make them even a little better.
08:02So I'm taking the rest of the melted butter,
08:03and I'm going in with some onion and garlic powder.
08:05So I'm going to brush it with this garlicky onion butter
08:08and then sprinkle with the everything bagel on.
08:10Yes, I know this is not like Arby's,
08:11but this does have those little crunchy onions in there,
08:14but it also has the sesame seeds.
08:15I think it's even better.
08:16All right, and these just go into the oven 315 degrees
08:19for about 12 to 14 minutes.
08:21You want everything to be heated through inside
08:23and, like, toasty on the outside.
08:25Does not smell like fast food.
08:27I like to just use a sharp spatula
08:29and go ahead and, like, cut it and serve it up with that.
08:32These are so good.
08:34It's, like, toasty and, like, gooey on the bottom.
08:39I think you'll be able to taste this one through the lens.
08:44Just something about it.
08:45I know from experience, not only are these great
08:47at any kind of party or tailgate situation,
08:50but serve this up to your family for dinner,
08:53a little side of fries, and thank me later.
08:57I couldn't let the day get away from us
08:58without a sweet treat.
08:59So how does strawberry cheesecake slider sound?
09:03Ah, delicious.
09:04So that's what we're making.
09:05Here are the five ingredients you need.
09:07Cream cheese, some powdered sugar,
09:09and an egg for the filling,
09:11and then a little heavy cream.
09:12Strawberry pie filling is our little cheat ingredient here.
09:16And then, of course, your Hawaiian rolls.
09:18All right, for the cheesecake filling,
09:19softened cream cheese,
09:21and I'm going to whip that up with some powdered sugar.
09:27All right, get that whipped up,
09:28and then I'm going in with the egg.
09:29The egg is going to give it, like, some stability
09:31when we heat it up,
09:33and it won't just run all over the place.
09:37Okay, we're going to put it inside of our rolls.
09:41All right, now we're just going to spoon the filling
09:42over the rolls,
09:44and some good old strawberry pie filling.
09:47Oh, you can taste that juiciness right there.
09:51All right, then we're going to brush it
09:52with some melted butter, per usual.
09:54All right, so I'm going to cover these with foil.
09:56These are going to be gooey,
09:57and messy, and sweet, and delicious.
09:59They're not going to be, like, perfectly cut
10:01like a piece of cheesecake would.
10:03More like a s'mores,
10:05and I'm loving the fruity flavor.
10:07I'll let that cook covered for about 20 minutes or so,
10:09and then I'll uncover until it's all set up.
10:11Meanwhile, I'll make the frosting.
10:12So I'm just going to beat together more cream cheese
10:14and powdered sugar,
10:15and then thin it out with a little heavy cream.
10:19A little splash of vanilla.
10:22Perf.
10:23Wait till you see these sliders.
10:24Sometimes I just save the best for last by accident.
10:27Who knew you could make a cheesecake dessert
10:30as easy as this?
10:32And you can just pull them apart.
10:33You don't even have to cut them.
10:35So it's like the perfect grab-and-go situation.
10:37When that, like, fruity juiciness
10:39mixes with that cream cheese deliciousness.
10:43Cheesecake's my favorite dessert,
10:44so this might be my favorite one of the day.
10:48Mm, a good dessert.
10:51I would have this for breakfast.
10:53It gives you, like, the cream cheese Danish feel,
10:57but in a little breakfast sandwich package.
11:00Okay, breakfast, dessert, snack.
11:03You gotta make these.
11:04Dang, we might've saved the best for last.
11:07I was just so excited about that
11:09that I forgot about the dug-gum drizzle we made.
11:11I guess what I'm trying to say
11:11is you don't even need the drizzle.
11:13So cute.
11:14It's right here.
11:16It's like a 15 out of 10.
11:17You know, so good.
11:19Secret ingredient is right here.
11:21Hawaiian rolls are the secret weapon
11:23to the perfect party treats,
11:25picnic, breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
11:28So now you don't have to feel like you gotta stick
11:29to the same old, same old ham and Swiss slider.
11:31I've got you covered with one of these.
11:33Give them a try, but be warned,
11:34your friends are gonna expect them every time you come over.
