00:00We were just hearing earlier on that the Indian Air Force says it's conducted precision strikes with no collateral damage.
00:08But there was a strike that hit a mosque, amongst other things, in the town of Muzaffarabad.
00:1421 civilians killed there, amongst them four children.
00:18I mean, that doesn't sound like a focused or measured response.
00:22Well, these mosques are there in terror camps, as you know.
00:27After all, that's part of the way that the Muslims live.
00:31Wherever there is a congregation of Muslims, whether they're terrorists or not terrorists, the mosques are there.
00:38And I don't know if they're hidden in the mosques or whatever.
00:42But I won't take what Pakistanis say at its face value.
00:47But it's always possible, I don't deny, that collateral damage does take place.
00:52And it's possible that some civilians may have been killed.
00:55But that was neither the intent nor the purpose of the strikes.
01:00In fact, India could have chosen other targets, military targets, but it refrained from doing so.
01:05And only targeted known sites of jihadi organizations in Pakistan, which have been responsible for conducting terror strikes in India.
