SP Chief Akhilesh Yadav reaffirms support to Centre, hails strikes against Pakistan

Lucknow (UP), May 08, 2025 (ANI): After All-Party Meeting, Samajwadi Party Chief Akhilesh Yadav reaffirmed his party stand to support Central Government, over Operation Sindoor, a counter measure it had taken against Pahalgam Terror Attack.Speaking to media, he said, “When an all-party meeting happens in the Indian democracy, we will present that when the Indian government makes a hugely important policy, no political benefit should be given to any party and no event should be turned into a political event. Terrorism should be eradicated, our borders should be secured, and the morale of our Army should be boosted... In the current situation (following the Pahalgam terror attack), all of us should stand with the Army and the decisions taken by the government.”
