00:06little nick show and you're describing it in such glowing terms it's clearly such a feel-good show
00:12isn't it what's it all about yeah it really is it's it's just basically about uh women being
00:20authentically themselves and uh allowing themselves to be loud and to be fun and to be
00:27themselves and silly uh even and you use very much yes yes uh liberating to perform uh because you
00:39completely let go and also for the the audience you you'd be surprised they just get up and dance
00:48some of them jump into splits some of them are with their legs behind their ears and
00:52themselves sorry they manage to get back up again do they yes because they are still young
01:02i'm very envious of that takes me uh three to five business days to get back up myself but um
01:09yeah so very liberating in that sense it's a big party and um i think children grown-ups moms uh
01:19are all leaving having a good time it sounds lovely and the men are not necessarily excluded
01:25it's just they're not necessarily terribly many of them they're they're not no many of them you can
01:31tell they were dragged by their little ones um but but sometimes you can still see them mouthing the
01:39words so uh that's quite adorable but yeah no not a big percentage of men this is still a show in the
01:47context of girl power and you tend to think of the spice girls don't you for girl power but girl
01:52power is still a thing it's still relevant isn't it still matters oh it's it's more relevant than
01:58ever i mean that's what if there is one thing that they should take away the audience should take
02:04away with them is is that that we need each other we need to uplift each other we need to be there for
02:10one another and yeah we we are facing other obstacles and our energy and power would be uh would be
02:20better use the point is it's okay to be you as you are you're enough yes exactly exactly and we're strong
02:30and we're fun and some fabulous music too oh such fun music yeah um it's it's impossible not to dance
02:41to and incredibly catchy i'm sure that's why some of the dads know the songs by hard by now um but yeah
02:50no so much fun and and like i said that most of the songs are the girls bearing their soul you know
02:58uh to the audience and sharing their vulnerability so that sounds lovely and you do three tours a year
