00:00Ever since I've been small, you know, five, six, seven, eight, all I've ever done is boxed.
00:04I've never had another job outside of boxing. I've never done anything.
00:07I've always thought, breathed boxing.
00:10And when you do that for such a long time and then all of a sudden you're sat in a hospital bed
00:13and you're thinking to the future of, you know, a year down the line,
00:18you're thinking to yourself, I've never done anything else other than box.
00:21What I'm going to do to pass the time? How am I going to get through this?
00:24You know, you fall into a little bit of a dark place.
00:27And obviously being in a position where, you know, boxing is everything.
00:31The fact that I couldn't do that and I couldn't get out of bed in the morning
00:34and do what I wanted to do and live and did what made me happy.
00:38I just thought, you know, sort of all.
00:41And then you go down that dark route and then you go down there for a few weeks
00:44and you end up staying there for a very long time.
00:47And that has, you know, has consequences.
00:49You know, it has consequences in absolutely everything.
00:51And I've been through all that.
00:53And like I said, 2024 was the worst year of my life.
