Cat joins owner at work - perched on his shoulder atop 15-meter-high tower

A fearless Bengal-mix cat named Thoth stunned viewers after calmly joining his owner atop a 15-metre-high cable car tower in Russia.

Seven-month-old Thoth, who hates being left home alone, was securely strapped to Ivan Kuznetsov, 37, as they climbed the support tower at a construction site in Arsenyev.

Video shows the cat perched on Ivan’s shoulders, unfazed by the dizzying height.

“He feels confident and safe there,” said Ivan, a ropeway mechanic.

Thoth even took part in a simulated evacuation and gazed at the views “like he was on the couch at home.”
