A family shared the wholesome moment they surprised their 18-month-old daughter and her 107-year-old great-great-grandma with an emotional surprise reunion hug after a year apart. Kameron Jones, 28, from Atlanta, Georgia, is extremely close to his great-grandmother, June Rambo, seeing his "GG" like a best friend growing up. Being June's only great-grandson, Kameron considers his bond with the 107-year-old unique, and having dedicated every other Saturday to family time, he and his wife, Jazari, decided they should pay a visit to June with the whole family. Sunday, the couple's daughter met her great-great-grandmother before, but as it has been around a year since she visited June, Kameron, and Jazari decided to make their trip a surprise for them both. On April 5, Sunday walked into her great-great-grandmother's Georgia nursing home, while Kameron captured the moment on camera. The 18-month-old initially looked confused by the occasion, as did June when her great-grandson walked into the room. But once everything had clicked, the 107-year-old lit up with delight, before Sunday and her great-great-grandmother shared an emotional reunion hug.
