00:00The trend has been generally down in the past hour in the northeast.
00:04In fact, we still have some flash flood concerns, and that's becoming center stage here for us in the northeast.
00:09And we're seeing a little bit less in the way of rotation with any of these cells right now.
00:13Still some pesky storms are moving through parts of the area along the Delaware Water Gap.
00:18And I'm going to, again, kick this radar into slightly higher gear there so you can see this band of thunderstorms.
00:24And these are pulling almost directly north.
00:26So there are portions of this squall line here that's going to kind of repetitively bring some very heavy rain to parts of the western Catskills, bringing a flood threat.
00:36Widespread rain into areas around Tawanda, PA, and into places near maybe Schuylkill County, PA, and also some lighter rain into Wheeling, West Virginia as well.
00:44So overall, it's a little more manageable than it was regarding less in the way of tornado or severe thunderstorm threats.
00:50We still have to keep an eye out for a couple of these cells here up near Sussex County, New Jersey, and also a little farther south near the Delaware Water Gap.
00:57Still a little suspicious.
00:58That's the most unstable part of the whole northeast right now.
01:02But the flash flooding is still a concern in various areas here, parts of the north-central part of Pennsylvania here, flash flood warnings, and also flash flood warnings up near Utica, parts of the Mohawk Valley, west of Syracuse.
01:13We've got some issues now.
01:14The western half of the severe thunderstorm watch has been trimmed out of Binghamton, out of Scranton, but still continuing into places like Pike County, Pennsylvania, Monroe County, into Carbon County, Lehigh County, Delaware, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester County.
01:26The city of Philadelphia is still under a severe thunderstorm watch until 8 p.m., but the greatest instability right now is a little east of there from Trenton up into areas around Sussex County, New Jersey.
01:36Current temps, 51 in Portland, kind of struggling with that chilly Atlantic water, but 77 down into Virginia Beach.
01:43And overall, this has been a wet pattern, and we're still kind of in it right now, but there's going to be a break for some of you, a break tomorrow south of I-80.
01:51Beautiful weather winds out for a day, but again, others are going to be experiencing something very different in Boston, 70 with showers and storms, while the rest of these cities, Detroit, Baltimore, Philly, just gorgeous mid-70s, mid-upper-70s.
02:03Enjoy that. There will be another storm system that rolls in here, and that's going to bring a new chance for thunderstorms and rain, and you can see that slowly evolve into Thursday.
02:12There's the new zone of low pressure into Virginia, so we've got to keep an eye out for some of that.
