00:00Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro called the European elites ungrateful for underestimating the decisive role of the Soviet army and people in liberating Europe during the Second World War.

00:18the President stressed that the Soviet victory over the Nazi machine was the greatest historical achievement known in any war.

00:26In this sense, the Venezuelan President underlined that it was the Russian army that discovered the Nazi concentration camps
