00:00Gracias.
00:30I think I was probably the greatest thing that happened to him
00:34but I can't take a vote
00:35his party was losing by a lot
00:39and he ended up winning
00:41so I really want to congratulate him
00:43probably one of the greatest comebacks in the history of politics
00:46maybe even greater than mine
00:48but I want to just congratulate you
00:51that was a great election actually
00:53we were watching it with interest
00:55and I think Canada chose a very talented person
00:57a very good person
00:58because we spoke before the election quite a few times
01:01well I still believe that
01:03but you know takes two to tango right
01:06but no I do
01:07I believe it would be a massive tax cut for the Canadian citizens
01:12you get free military
01:14you get tremendous medical cares and other things
01:18there would be a lot of advantages
01:20but it would be a massive tax cut
01:23and it's also a beautiful
01:25you know as a real estate developer
01:27you know I'm a real estate developer at heart
01:29when you get rid of that artificially drawn line
01:31somebody drew that line many years ago
01:33with like a ruler
01:34just a straight line right across the top of the country
01:37when you look at that beautiful formation
01:39when it's together
01:40I'm a very artistic person
01:43but when I looked at that beauty
01:45I said that's the way it was meant to be
01:47but you know I do feel it's much better for Canada
01:52but we're not going to be discussing that
01:55unless somebody wants to discuss it
01:56I think that there are tremendous benefits to the Canadian citizens
02:01tremendously lower taxes
02:02free military
02:04which honestly we give you essentially anyway
02:06because we're protecting Canada
02:07if you ever had a problem
02:09but I think you know it's
02:11it would really be a wonderful marriage
02:14because it's two places
02:16they get along very well
02:17they like each other a lot
02:18well if I may
02:21as you know from real estate
02:24there are some places that are never for sale
02:26that's true
02:27we're sitting in one right now
02:28you know Buckingham Palace
02:29that you visited as well
02:31that's true
02:31and having met with the owners of Canada
02:35over the course of the campaign
02:36last several months
02:37it's not for sale
02:39won't be for sale ever
02:41but the opportunity is in the partnership
02:44and what we can build together
02:46we have done that in the past
02:47and part of that
02:48as the President just said
02:50is with respect to our own security
02:52and my government is committed
02:55for a step change
02:57in our investment
02:58in Canadian security
02:59and our partnership
03:00and I'll say this as well
03:02that the President
03:03has revitalized
03:05international security
03:07revitalized NATO
03:07and us playing our full weight
03:09in NATO
03:10and that will be part
03:11that's true
03:11they have
03:12they have
03:15I must say
03:16Canada is stepping up
03:18the military
03:19participation
03:20because
03:21Mark knew
03:23you know
03:23they were low
03:24and now they're stepping it up
03:25and that's a very important thing
03:26but never say never
03:28never say never
03:28Joe's a very talented person
03:30a very good person
03:31because we spoke before the election
03:33quite a few times
03:34and it's an honor to have you
03:36at the White House
03:37and the Oval Office
03:38and you see the new and improved
03:40Oval Office
03:41as it becomes more and more beautiful
03:43with love
03:45you know
03:45we handle it with great love
03:46and 24 karat gold
03:48that always helps too
03:49but it's
03:51it's been a lot of fun
03:53going over some of the
03:55beautiful pictures
03:56that were stored in the vaults
03:58that were for
03:59many many years
04:00in some cases
04:00over a hundred years
04:02they were stored in vaults
04:03of the
04:04great presidents
04:05who are almost great presidents
04:07all
04:07all having a reason
04:09for being up
04:09every one of them
04:10so it's very interesting
04:12as I do
04:12I think it has to end
04:14we had some very good news
04:16last night
04:16the Houthis have announced
04:18that they are not
04:19or they've announced to us
04:20at least
04:21that they don't want to fight anymore
04:22they just don't want to fight
04:24and
04:25we will honor that
04:27and we will
04:28we will stop
04:31the bombings
04:32and
04:33they have
04:34capitulated
04:36but more importantly
04:37they
04:38we will take their word
04:40they say they will not be
04:41blowing up ships anymore
04:42and that's what
04:44the purpose of what
04:45we were doing
04:46so that's just news
04:47we just found out about that
04:48so
04:49I think that's very
04:51very positive
04:52they were
04:52they were knocking out
04:54a lot of ships
04:54going
04:55as you know
04:56sailing beautifully
04:57down the
04:58various seas
04:59it
05:00it wasn't just a canal
05:02it was
05:02a lot of other places
05:04you get a site
05:04then you have to look
05:05for financing
05:06you have to get your zoning
05:07you know
05:07five years later
05:08you start building
05:09I mean look
05:10President Obama
05:11and if I
05:12if he wanted help
05:13I'd give him help
05:14because I'm a really good builder
05:15and I build on time
05:16on budget
05:17he's building his library
05:18in Chicago
05:19it's a disaster
05:20and he said
05:22something to the effect
05:23I only want
05:24DEI
05:26I only want woke
05:27he wants woke people
05:28to build it
05:29well
05:29he got woke people
05:30and they have massive
05:31cost overruns
05:33the job is stopped
05:34I don't know
05:35it's a disaster
05:36and I don't like that happening
05:38because it's
05:38I think it's bad
05:39for the presidency
05:40that a thing like that
05:41should happen
05:42he's got a
05:42a library
05:43that's a disaster
05:45you
05:50so
05:51you
05:51you
