00:00:00Ladies and gentlemen, we continue here in London, where tonight we will have the biggest sporting attendance in Wembley Stadium history of 96,000 fans for Riyadh's season card Wembley edition.
00:00:19Let's first welcome to the ring, the challenger, Josh, the Leeds Warrior, Warrington!
00:00:30Well, you know what? Sweet Caroline is the de facto anthem of British boxing, but for Josh Warrington, you might want to play another Neil Diamond song.
00:00:45Coming to America, that's the big bucket list item for him. He says, you know that song, right?
00:00:50Every kid around the world. His dream is to fight in the U.S. on a major card, and if he wins tonight, Barry, Eddie Hearn promises him that that's going to happen.
00:00:59Yeah, that's been the honest bucket list for a long time. It was going to happen around 2018-19, I feel.
00:01:05And then something went with happening, another pandemic maybe, and then obviously Mauricio Lara came on the scene and just sort of put his career in tannis.
00:01:13But he's got it back on track, then lost it again, and this really is a fight that he needs to win if he wants to stay in the top end of world boxing.
00:01:20Yeah, Mike, it's great of a wave as boxing is on right now. Sometimes the old guard just can't get out of its own way.
00:01:26The IBF has decided to make this a non-title fight because they said Josh Warrington is not good enough.
00:01:33And there are so many instances in the past of fighters being allowed to move up in weight when they've got a credible record at the lower weight and challenge for a world title.
00:01:42Amir Khan had never fought it like world weight, super light, when he beat Andrej Katelnyk to win his first world title.
00:01:49So it has been done in the past, and it's one of those strange decisions.
00:01:54Indeed.
00:01:55It doesn't take away from what kind of fight it might be.
00:01:57Yeah, what's the bell ring? That doesn't matter at all. Look at the look of determination on Josh Warrington.
00:02:03You look at his record of the past four fights, it's not good, Darren, but you watch those fights, and you're like, wait, some of those certainly could have gone the other way.
00:02:11Yeah, but I like what I'm hearing. I spoke to Josh on Monday on the media day.
00:02:15There is loads, tons of ambition and hunger still left in this man here.
00:02:20He's desperate for that U.S. debut one day, but he must win here.
00:02:25And now let's welcome to the ring, the defending world champion, Anthony, the Andytown Apache, Kakechi.
00:02:46I'll turn you over in here to spare me, because it's a piece of art.
00:02:52I'm waiting on my surprise to have gone.
00:02:55Yeah, Josh, you may stand there. It's a piece of art.
00:03:00No ring rogue needed for Anthony Kakache.
00:03:03And, you know, outside of Ireland and the U.K., not a lot of people knew who this guy was,
00:03:08but, boy, did he open some eyes after what he did in his last fight to Joe Cordino.
00:03:14Yeah, I mean, completely ripped up the script, made the early odds laughable,
00:03:21the way he just completely turned it upside down.
00:03:24A little bit of controversy in the fight.
00:03:28You know, he was hit after the referee said break, but Joe never recovered,
00:03:32and this man got the job done, and he realized the dream of becoming a world champion,
00:03:39a proud world champion.
00:03:41An absolute beast, a heavy hitter, Todd.
00:03:45Look at the fan zone, Barry. 56% think Kakache's going to get it done, 44% for Warrington.
00:03:51Either way, this is a fight, a fan-friendly fight that we're all going to enjoy.
00:03:57Yeah, just stylistically alone, forget about form, just stylistically alone.
00:04:01You've got Warrington who likes to come forward, very bullish, hands high, suffocates your space,
00:04:06and then works at a frantic pace, and then Kakache who can come forward,
00:04:11but, like, actually, Lug should come off to him.
00:04:13Punch is long.
00:04:13His record was suggested he's a half-decent puncher, but every punch he throws is heavy and accurate.
00:04:21And that's interesting that both of them have got a fairly average inside-the-distance win percentage,
00:04:27and yet you talk to boxers who've sparred with them and who've been in the ring with them,
00:04:31and they say that those statistics tell a lie.
00:04:33I ain't telling you.
00:05:01Ladies and gentlemen, this bout is scheduled for 12 rounds,
00:05:06and it will be for the IBO Super Featherweight Championship of the World.

00:06:35and he has a professional record of 31 wins.

00:06:43with eight wins coming by way of knockout.
00:06:47Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome
00:06:48the former two-time IBF featherweight champion of the world,
00:06:57Josh, the Leeds warrior,
00:07:01Warrington!
00:07:02Warrington!
00:07:05And his opponent across the ring,
00:07:11he is the defending world champion,
00:07:14fighting tonight out of the blue corner.
00:07:17He comes to the ring wearing black with red,
00:07:20and weighed in officially at 129.8 pounds.
00:07:24Coming to us from Belfast, Northern Ireland,
00:07:28he brings a professional record of 22 wins,
00:07:33just one defeat with eight wins,
00:07:36coming by way of knockout.
00:07:39Ladies and gentlemen,
00:07:40here is the current IBF world champion,
00:07:44and tonight,
00:07:45the reigning and defending IBO,
00:07:48super featherweight champion of the world,
00:07:53Anthony!
00:07:54The anti-town Apache,
00:07:56Anthony Kakachi!
00:08:06Fellas,
00:08:07spoke to you both in the dressing room,
00:08:08we both know what I expect.
00:08:09Keeping clean,
00:08:10break straight away with toe.
00:08:12Both of you watch your hands,
00:08:13editing clothes,
00:08:13good luck to you both.
00:08:14Touch gloves.
00:08:15Good luck, lads.
00:08:15They would have fight on the break.
00:08:19When Anthony Kakachi was asked if he was going to be nervous at all fighting at Wembley,
00:08:22he said,
00:08:22I've been envisioning this my whole life.
00:08:25This is like waking up and eating breakfast for me.
00:08:28As for Warrington,
00:08:30when asked why he thought he was invited to be in this fight,
00:08:33to come up weight class,
00:08:34he said,
00:08:34Turkey,
00:08:35Al-Al-Sheik,
00:08:36loves excitement,
00:08:37he loves blood,
00:08:38and that's what I deliver.
00:08:40Can he pull off the upset
00:08:42as he moves up weight class
00:08:44to take on the super featherweight chick?
00:08:48Well,
00:08:48he's not looking,
00:08:49by the looks of this start,
00:08:50Josh Warrant into our box.
00:08:53Kakachi was on the front foot,
00:08:54looking to be the aggressor,
00:08:56but quickly,
00:08:57the size of Kakachi evident,
00:09:00and now he's on the front foot.
00:09:03Won't be long before he starts looking for that big right hand of his.
00:09:07It's very important for Kakachi
00:09:08to keep that jab very active.
00:09:10even though
00:09:10Warren's going to want to rush him.
00:09:12If he just keeps that jab in his face,
00:09:13it's making him reset
00:09:14and just slow the pace down for him,
00:09:17allow the chance to pick his shots a little bit better.
00:09:23Kakachi said,
00:09:24I have to get Warrington to retreat.
00:09:26I've got to be the boss.
00:09:31I don't think that's the case,
00:09:32but you've got to stop his attacks very quickly,
00:09:35but he builds a real momentum.
00:09:37then he's a very unstoppable force.
00:09:42To be honest,
00:09:42I don't think Kakachi would mind Warrington coming forward.
00:09:46More chance of Warrington walking onto a shot.
00:09:50You're not going to have to go looking for him.
00:09:57Fanks,
00:09:58jab,
00:09:59movement,
00:10:00sharpness,
00:10:00so important early on in this contest.
00:10:02The plus for Warrington is he always keeps his hands up nice and high.
00:10:07He maybe exposes the body at times,
00:10:09but the hands are always high,
00:10:10so those long shots are going to find the glutes for the most part.
00:10:13Yeah,
00:10:13he really gets into a shell.
00:10:15So hard to penetrate at times.
00:10:19And he dips through and explodes out,
00:10:21doesn't he,
00:10:21with a flurry.
00:10:22How can Warrington handle the super featherweight power of Kakachi?
00:10:33Oh,
00:10:33he just ate a left hand and is holding on.
00:10:38Finished a combination with a jab there,
00:10:40Kakachi.
00:10:41Right upper,
00:10:41left through it,
00:10:42then jumped in with a jab.
00:10:43That was a power jab too.
00:10:45That was a hard jab.
00:10:45Go over to his leg.
00:10:47Go over to his leg.
00:10:48Go over to his leg.
00:10:49Warrington wearing the colors of Leeds United,
00:10:52the yellow and blue.
00:10:56Just struggling with that double jab.
00:10:58Warrington,
00:10:58that's a punch,
00:10:59a combination that always works.
00:11:01If you close the distance to cover that gap between him and his opponent,
00:11:04but Kakachi so long,
00:11:07find it more difficult here.
00:11:11Here he comes.
00:11:13No way.
00:11:15No way.
00:11:20Yeah.
00:11:21Right hand on the inside from Kakachi,
00:11:24who's 22-1 with 8 KOs.
00:11:28He was looking for an escape route.
00:11:29When Warrington shot the advance forward,
00:11:31he was always looking for an escape route there,
00:11:33Kakachi.
00:11:33Here's the body.
00:11:35Here's the body.
00:11:37Lovely shot.
00:11:38Pass up.
00:11:39Let's get it.
00:11:39Let's get it.
00:11:40Let's get it.
00:11:41Let's get it.
00:11:41Let's get it.
00:11:41Let's get it.
00:11:41Let's get it.
00:11:43Let's get it.
00:11:43Let's get it.
00:11:43Let's get it.
00:11:44Let's get it.
00:11:44Let's get it.
00:11:45Let's get it.
00:11:57Let's get it.
00:12:03Let's get it.
00:12:11We're up to you down here aren't we, they're getting excited but you're taking them, lead
00:12:23them back fast, half a drop, you're this side, south floor, that side, and what he needs
00:12:31is he needs the distance.
00:12:34You can see him coming out though and it's working, boom, boom, boom, boom!
00:12:38Everything's good, everything's good.
00:12:43Harry from what you saw in the first round how difficult a task is this fight going to
00:12:47be for Josh Warrington?
00:12:48Yeah, well I think it is going to be difficult because he's a naturally bigger guy who punches
00:12:55long with weight in the shot so he can't afford to make mistakes, he can't afford to get caught
00:13:00coming in.
00:13:01The high guard helps him dramatically but again the problem he's had here in the first round
00:13:06has not been able to get that double jab at the plate.
00:13:09So he's going to look here either to do that, jump in from outside or wait for Kakashi to
00:13:14throw and then come back off his punches.
00:13:17And Kakashi has to try and time those rushes forward with meeting him with his right hand.
00:13:25Yeah, I mean it's incredible when you think that he's KO'd from his 22 wins, you'd think
00:13:38there'd be more on there but that is a good one.
00:13:43He's got to be busier
00:13:54That's one thing we know Josh Warratton is good at hustling his opponents in his
00:14:00in his early days a volume of shots
00:14:03Remarkable and you can see the energy still there the intent still there the will to win
00:14:09I think we'll ever will ever leave this man
00:14:11His engine is phenomenal, isn't it?
00:14:15These boxes goes in the ring because his hands are high and it's not
00:14:19Not always real pretty to work, but it's really effective stuff
00:14:24Right cross cut
00:14:26Anthony coming in
00:14:28Made him raise his eyebrows a little bit like whoa. He got me
00:14:32Now some inside fighting from war to dig into the body and this is what you want to see from the league warrior
00:14:41And Sean O'hagan his dad in the corner for warrington was talking about how to approach it when kakashi is
00:14:50Orthodox and when he's southpaw and in this round warrington's had success against post dancing
00:14:56Yeah, just harder for kakashi to get the shots off inside got the longer reach out of the two
00:15:04As barry's pointed out naturally likes to keep it long
00:15:07Well, Darren
00:15:08That's good for warrington and a right hand scores a good uppercut
00:15:14Fantastic round this for warrington. I don't know why kakashi is looking to go close. He's engaging close. I don't know where that is
00:15:21Darren I was gonna ask you when you were in the ring
00:15:23Did you like to fight opponents where you had to fight punch down or punch up?
00:15:26On the safe down preferred punching down wasn't always great because as you're punching down you do leave yourself vulnerable
00:15:35Shot there for kakashi. Yeah, but a good round for warrington. That's this the kind of fight. He's got to have
00:15:41I
00:15:51Still not got a mark on you lad. Right.
00:15:54Orthodox which way do we go?
00:15:57Southpaw where do we go?
00:15:59What do we do when he misses with that long backhand?
00:16:02We're fucking moving on him and we'll let them shots go, don't we?
00:16:07What's he asking for?
00:16:08I love that in the corner
00:16:11From his dad in warrington
00:16:13Corner there just
00:16:15Little reminders, but it was a really good round for Josh warrington. They picked his moments. He boxed lovely inside kept the the shot short
00:16:24accurate
00:16:25Catching kakashi leaning back in a lovely looping right hand
00:16:29Corners 10 seconds
00:16:31What kakashi didn't you can't do against a volume puncher is lean back and almost take your eye off the ball
00:16:37Round three
00:16:39I think we all enjoyed that round
00:16:41Just like turkey a la chic did
00:16:43But to reiterate your point
00:16:45Barry it's interesting that kakashi was content it seemed to let warrington get inside and have that inside fight
00:16:52Yeah, and that's why saying the jabs important because you can't alone wanted any momentum
00:16:56He had it now. You have to put between his teeth
00:16:58He works off that the energy comes off that and that's where the rhythm is
00:17:01So you gotta stop him in his track
00:17:04If possible
00:17:06I think it's the way that he's kind of destroyed Cortina in his last fight
00:17:11I think he
00:17:12Feels he may be able to put more of a dent in warrington
00:17:16If he's there in front of him
00:17:18Right
00:17:20He's out
00:17:22Almost saying all right, Josh you were staying right here. Let's see what happens. Yeah, I'm the bigger man. I'm the bigger puncher
00:17:26Yeah, let's trade
00:17:28Did work out for him in round two. Let's see how round three shakes up
00:17:32Yeah, looking at that success for warrington in the second round I was thinking back to a fight that kakashi had a couple years ago in manchester against an italian
00:17:44Michael Magnesi who kept pressing and pressing
00:17:47Not with the same kind of education as warrington, but
00:17:51Made kakashi really work for it and ended up
00:17:54Kakashi winning by split decision
00:17:57Look at a slip and move from warrington on the inside
00:18:00He's sharp tonight
00:18:05Good double left hook there for warrington as well
00:18:08Yeah, you've got to watch the head as well, kakashi on warrington
00:18:10He likes to lean forward on that front foot
00:18:13Really gets on the chest
00:18:15Does warrington and the heads there you can see
00:18:19Doesn't need to be getting cut
00:18:21Kakashi early in this contest
00:18:23Body shot from warrington
00:18:25Showing some strength there, warrington as well to get out of the grasp there of kakashi to
00:18:29To land that body shot
00:18:34Tactical outputs here for josh warrington
00:18:40That's the shot for kakashi
00:18:42And that's where it needs to be barry
00:18:43Again as strange as it sounds, only kakashi can lose his title tonight, warrington cannot win it as the IVF deemed him not good enough to challenge for a title of his weight class
00:18:58Investing in the body hit early here, warrington as in the last round worked it well there with a three punch combination
00:19:08Just struggling inside, find it hard to get the shots off kakashi
00:19:11That's what he wants to do right, step back, land the jab, don't let warrington crowd him
00:19:21I think so, and look for the uppercut as well from either stances
00:19:24You see him in the orthodox stance now, you can look for that right uppercut
00:19:28Or in the southpaw stance, look for the left
00:19:30Just crouch over that front foot more in terms of what the elbows do come wide at times
00:19:34Set that back, hold, hold, hold, hold
00:19:51Hoppola Depot is with Tyson Fury
00:19:55I certainly am with the Gypsy King, Tyson Fury
00:19:58Tyson, you've been here before, you've enjoyed success at this place
00:20:01What's it like to be here just as a fan this time, watching the boxing?
00:20:05It's good to be here watching the boxing, you know, ringside, watching the fights
00:20:08But it's better at home watching it on telly, if I'm honest
00:20:12I could have a few Diet Cokes, couple of sandwiches, kiss to my wife
00:20:17Better, a lot better
00:20:18We can get you the Diet Cokes and sandwiches, maybe not Paris though
00:20:21I'll have to fly you down in the jet
00:20:23We can sort that maybe as well
00:20:25Snug baby!
00:20:26What do you make of this one, Josh Warrington, Anthony Kakache?
00:20:29Good fight, yeah, it's a good fight
00:20:31It's going to warm up into a better one as well, I reckon
00:20:33Very quickly, last one
00:20:35Anthony Joshua versus Daniel Dubois
00:20:37You know both men very well
00:20:38How do you see that going?
00:20:40I see them going to knock the little shit out of each other
00:20:43It's going to be a good fight, I'm looking forward to it
00:20:45Should be a good one
00:20:46Apologies for the language, you knew it was coming
00:20:48Tyson Fury
00:20:49I could use a sandwich
00:20:54Is that Coke?
00:20:56Coke zero
00:20:58Alright
00:21:00Better round for Kakache there in the third
00:21:03And I agree with Tyson Fury that this one's going to get even better and better as the rounds progress
00:21:07Big left hook there
00:21:09Big left hook there
00:21:10And it landed high at the head of Warrington
00:21:19Warrington a former two-time IBF featherweight champion
00:21:22Now fighting it super featherweight
00:21:24Well Warrington obviously looks smaller but he's not fighting smaller
00:21:36He's going toe-to-toe with Kakache
00:21:38Oh!
00:21:39And he got caught there!
00:21:41Got caught there!
00:21:42Oh!
00:21:43And another right hand from the Irishman
00:21:45Warrington trying to lap it off
00:21:48He needs to be traded with Kakache
00:21:50He's hurt
00:21:51Josh Warrington
00:21:52He's trying to fire back and show he's not hurt
00:21:54But Kakache there got too close
00:21:59Warrington just doesn't know how to turn it off does he?
00:22:01No he doesn't
00:22:02He gets hit
00:22:03He just wants to fire back
00:22:05But it's worked for him so many times in his career
00:22:06He's taking good shots and fired himself
00:22:08Fought himself out of trouble
00:22:10There's a right hand from Warrington
00:22:15What a fighting spirit he has
00:22:18That's why the fans love him so much
00:22:20Sold 10,000 tickets to Leeds fans
00:22:25For this fight
00:22:26Yeah he wears his heart on his sleeve
00:22:27Every single time he enters the ring
00:22:29He's seen it again here
00:22:31Come on!
00:22:38Open that toe for Warrington
00:22:39Warrington's head appears to be clear
00:22:45After he was buzzed about a minute ago
00:22:50There's something for Kakache to build from now
00:22:53You can see there's a bit more spite now
00:22:55A bit more intent
00:22:56Set him up Warrington
00:22:57Set him up
00:22:58Set him up
00:22:59Set him up
00:23:04That's a good jab there from Kakache
00:23:05He rolled underneath
00:23:06He didn't come back with nothing though
00:23:09Oh nice uppercut
00:23:11Right here in the knee
00:23:13Good time again
00:23:14Warrington's gotta get out of trouble
00:23:15Yeah that's the shot
00:23:16Yeah that's the shot
00:23:17The right uppercut that was speaking about
00:23:19The head does come low
00:23:21Of Warrington
00:23:22Then elbow's wires
00:23:23You need to be careful
00:23:24But back comes Warrington
00:23:29Good fight
00:23:31It's what we hoped it would be
00:23:34And you know what you've got here
00:23:36Is Warrington fighting for his career
00:23:38For real
00:23:48You've waited so long
00:23:50Right but when you're inside
00:23:52You're hanging over there
00:23:54You can't let him get these shots off
00:23:55But you know Max
00:23:57You've just gotta work
00:23:58That's all he's looking for
00:23:59Ups and uppercuts
00:24:01Listen if you're over here
00:24:03You can't get them off
00:24:04That hurts me
00:24:05He's not strong enough
00:24:06I know
00:24:07When it's going to
00:24:08Chuck something downstairs
00:24:10But after you work downstairs
00:24:12Ed Westwick
00:24:14Well I don't mean to be gossipy at all
00:24:16But we do have two of London
00:24:18We have two of the UK's greats in there
00:24:20Going toe to toe tonight
00:24:21How do you see it playing out?
00:24:23It's been a lot of rhetoric
00:24:25And I've enjoyed it
00:24:27But I'm gonna go AJ
00:24:29How do you see he wins this fight?
00:24:31Knockout? By decision?
00:24:32He looks very serious
00:24:33In all the build up
00:24:34So I think it's gonna translate
00:24:35Into some devastating power
00:24:38Well we're only a couple hours away
00:24:39See you inside
00:24:40See you, bye
00:24:44Round 5 scheduled for 12
00:24:47Good round for Kakachi
00:24:49Who seemed to have Warrington hurt in the fourth
00:24:51Yeah, reminder to Warrington
00:24:54He's got to stay switched on
00:24:55Can't get sloppy
00:24:56He's hurt a few times in that round
00:24:57That's a lovely run to the body
00:24:58But he also got to keep the high energy
00:24:59And closing the gap
00:25:00So he has to
00:25:01He's still got to walk into trouble
00:25:02But
00:25:12Josh Warrington has fought six world champions
00:25:15And beaten four of them
00:25:16This is his seventh
00:25:17They're both having a good time in there
00:25:32Good to see
00:25:33They're cut from the same cost
00:25:34Pretty much
00:25:35They're cut from the same cost
00:25:36Pretty much
00:25:41Leeds vs. Belfast
00:25:42Leeds vs. Belfast
00:25:46Let's go there from Kakachi
00:25:50He was the one coming forward there
00:25:52So
00:25:53I think the reaction from the body shot that Kakachi landed
00:25:56Made him lean forward
00:25:58Warrington
00:25:59With his head
00:26:00Coming very close
00:26:05Kakachi trying to push Warrington's head down
00:26:07And catch him with an uppercut
00:26:15Trying to put blood pressure here on Warrington
00:26:17Seeing like he said before the fight
00:26:19He wanted to push him back
00:26:20He wanted to push him back
00:26:24Kakachi
00:26:25Complaining about
00:26:26Clash of his
00:26:27I think it's Warrington that's come off worse
00:26:35Lovely bit of work there
00:26:36Cheeky uppercut of tilt blocked by Warrington.
00:26:50Warrington's not having the success he had in the first two rounds.
00:26:56No, because he's keeping it a bit longer now for catching.
00:26:59Trying to keep it at arm's length.
00:27:03That's where he should be keeping this fight.
00:27:14Again, I know he wants to rip that up because through the middle of Kekachi,
00:27:17but again, going chest to chest, I don't think that's the right idea.
00:27:21Oh! Big moment here.
00:27:24Fifteen seconds to go in the round.
00:27:27Warrington's got a defensive posture,
00:27:32but he's digging into the body and then ties Kekachi up.
00:27:36Yeah, done the right thing there, Josh.
00:27:37It was another hurtful shot from Kekachi.
00:27:44Good round again for the Irishman.
00:27:47And ladies and gentlemen, two pound-for-pound superstars will light up Philadelphia
00:27:51November 9th.
00:27:52This hometown hero, Jared Boos Ennis.
00:27:55Headlines once again defending his IVF welterweight title.
00:27:58So, too, will Jesse Van Rodriguez, who defends his WBC and Ring Magazine superflyweight titles live on DAZONE.
00:28:07Let's check in with Kirill Hawati.
00:28:09Thank you guys.
00:28:11Willie, yesterday at the weigh-ins, I asked Joshua, have you gotten under his skin?
00:28:16He didn't really answer the question.
00:28:17So, I'm wondering, after everything that's been said, do you think you have?
00:28:20To be honest with you, now it doesn't, to me, it doesn't really make a difference now.
00:28:24Do you know what I mean?
00:28:25It's fight time.
00:28:26I've literally, I'm only minutes away from getting in the ring with this man and dismantling him.
00:28:31Like I said, I'm going to do, and that's exactly what I'm going to do.
00:28:34Two fights ago, you were fighting at York Hall.
00:28:36Are you going to take it all in?
00:28:37What's this feel like?
00:28:38Breathe, enjoy.
00:28:40Listen, this is what this is for.
00:28:42This is the fun part.
00:28:43The hardest part was the 11 weeks sticking, sitting, looking at four rooms on a wall by myself.
00:28:48Tonight's the night.
00:28:49Let's have some fun, man.
00:28:50Can't wait.
00:28:51Good luck to you.
00:28:52God bless.
00:28:53Guys?
00:28:54Kakashi's having some fun right now.
00:28:55His corner mic was very animated.
00:28:57They think Warrington might be ready to go.
00:28:59Yeah, and there were signs of that at the end of the previous round.
00:29:02All I would say is even when he was under pressure,
00:29:04Warrington again landed a heavy shot to the body.
00:29:06He has had success to the body.
00:29:09Kakashi is huge at the weight.
00:29:11If there is any semblance of him struggling at the weight,
00:29:14and this goes longer than this, then will that be a factor?
00:29:19I think it's a valid point, Michael.
00:29:20You tend to think working in the body will do that,
00:29:22and I think Kakashi has been 35 years of age, massive for the weight.
00:29:29But he's boxing the right fight at the minute.
00:29:41Look how low he gets Warrington when he advances.
00:29:43He sort of swoops forward, doesn't he?
00:29:45Just changing his levels himself there.
00:29:46Kakashi just bending the knees, crouching down.
00:29:52There's one right on the belt line from Warrington.
00:29:54I think a solar plexus there, though, from Warrington.
00:29:57He's smart what he does inside.
00:30:00He really is.
00:30:01He'll throw a couple of body shots.
00:30:02He throws the hook.
00:30:03Yeah, exactly.
00:30:04Just none of why there's any work coming back from Kakashi.
00:30:10He needs to jab a little bit more, Kakashi, at this range.
00:30:13Got to be sharper than that, though, that was a sloppy jab.
00:30:21It's a bit catchy.
00:30:22It's OK even if you miss with it.
00:30:24Just give Warrington something to have to get up to a vein before he attacks.
00:30:28Then you can take that step back and throw that up because...
00:30:33And Warrington, just a little thank for Warrington before he attacks,
00:30:35will pay dividends, I think.
00:30:38Like Kakashi said in his fight against Joe Cordino,
00:30:51I was just coming out looking for the knockout from round one.
00:30:53He said, I'm going to play this fight a little bit smarter,
00:30:55going to mix it up with some inside work and some outside work.
00:30:59Is that what he's doing, Darren?
00:31:02Yeah, I think so.
00:31:03Look, as far as Kakashi is concerned,
00:31:05you don't want to rely on your power.
00:31:07It's nice to have it there as backup, if you like,
00:31:10but just stick to what you naturally do.
00:31:12Keep it long, box, get behind the jab,
00:31:15try and walk Josh Warrington onto the right hand.
00:31:17Josh Warrington on the other hand,
00:31:18working the body well, stopping the work,
00:31:21coming back from Kakashi when he's in here at times.
00:31:23It looks as if Kakashi's holding,
00:31:25but actually it's probably Warrington,
00:31:27but very smart, very subtle,
00:31:29and I think a lot of that comes from experience.
00:31:32knowing how to manage rounds and moments within the round.
00:31:38Referee Howard Foster telling Kakashi not to punch on the break
00:31:42as we count down the final seconds here.
00:31:44Why are you laughing, Barry?
00:31:46Just because of what happened in the last fight.
00:31:48Yeah, that's true.
00:31:50What are you going to do when we get close,
00:32:03and we can let his hands go?
00:32:05After you've thrown your shots,
00:32:07you've still got to keep going that side.
00:32:09Yeah?
00:32:10Yeah.
00:32:11If you let your shots go,
00:32:12then you stand up and they're like,
00:32:13what?
00:32:14What if you do that?
00:32:15When you need more?
00:32:17Yeah.
00:32:18Both having moments of success.
00:32:20That, without a shadow of a doubt,
00:32:22is the shot for Kakashi.
00:32:23Can't get greedy with it,
00:32:24because like I've said before,
00:32:25you are vulnerable when you're letting uppercuts go.
00:32:28But you see the elbows are wired from Warrington,
00:32:31the head comes low.
00:32:32Oh, took that very, very well.
00:32:35I must say, Josh Warrington.
00:32:38He's tying that guard up.
00:32:40Ten seconds.
00:32:41Get busy to the body, Josh Warrington.
00:32:43Second's out.
00:32:44Round seven.
00:32:45So round seven, we're scheduled for 12,
00:32:46but there is no title on the line.
00:32:47They're fighting like there is.
00:32:49I guess in some way there is a title on the line for Kakashi.
00:32:51He could lose it tonight.
00:32:52But even more so, like Mike pointed out,
00:32:55for Josh Warrington and I believe Kakashi as well,
00:32:58you know, his career's on the line here.
00:33:00If they want to have bigger fights in the opportunity to go to Riyadh
00:33:02or for Josh Warrington,
00:33:03they're just going to run the run.
00:33:04He's gonna run the run.
00:33:05He's gonna run the run.
00:33:06He's gonna run the run.
00:33:07And, you know,
00:33:08they're just going to run the run.
00:33:09He's going to run the run.
00:33:10And then, he's gonna run the run.
00:33:11I'm gonna run the run.
00:33:12So round seven we're scheduled for 12,
00:33:14but there is no title on the line.
00:33:16They're fighting like there is.
00:33:17I guess, in some way,
00:33:19there is a title on the line for Kakashi.
00:33:20opportunity to go to Riyadh or for Josh Warrington to go to the States, you need to win this.
00:33:25You know it's nice as an American to hear some fighters still saying the dream is to come to
00:33:29America. That hasn't always been the case lately as things have shifted away from New York
00:33:33and Las Vegas, Mike. Yeah, absolutely. But that for Warrington, we were saying earlier how he's
00:33:39been compared in terms of fan adulation and the crowd he draws and the passion he generates to
00:33:44Ricky Hatton and that's why he wants to emulate Hatton by taking thousands and thousands of fans
00:33:51over to Las Vegas at some stage before the end of his career and that can't happen if he doesn't win
00:33:56here tonight. Really good shot. He's got to avoid those uppercuts if he wants to win.
00:34:14That's what he's got dude. Yeah, good work. It's hard that right to the body from Warrington.
00:34:26Oh, and he caught a flush with a right uppercut and Warrington's momentum.
00:34:32The speed on that shot is actually fantastic.
00:34:37Tony Bellew is scoring this fight. How do you have it?
00:34:40Guys, I've got Kakashi ahead. Kakashi's the clear puncher of the two. I think Josh Warrington's doing a
00:34:46great job of stifling his work and getting close because it takes away the power of Kakashi but
00:34:52every time they're at mid-range and any time they're at long-range, Kakashi's the boss in there.
00:34:56You can see the length of the punches and Josh is feeling them but as I said before he's doing a
00:35:00great job of trying to stifle the work, close it down and nullify him. It's just he's not doing it
00:35:06enough, Josh. He's taking massive risks as well each and every time he gets close.
00:35:12And those risks led to him being beaten in this round, the seventh by Lee Wood last time out.
00:35:17It just appears that Kakashi's just too big, too long for Warrington, at least so far.
00:35:30And we're in round seven. Scheduled for 12.
00:35:33And because he's done with a few good uppercuts as well, Kakashi is that thought of danger if you overcome it.
00:35:39Good work. Obviously don't they can catch you as well, that's a lovely shot.
00:36:02Lovely, lovely, wake up. Let's go. We're there.
00:36:06Now take your time, take your time for a drink.
00:36:09Power, power.
00:36:10All right, that's better boxing all the way around. And don't get miss every time.
00:36:15You don't fucking let that go. Keep your hands in that bit.
00:36:18No matter how tired you make, you know, even just keep the hands in, keep that tight.
00:36:22And you're all the way on your shot.
00:36:24Banging his way into Wembley. He's in our co-main event tonight.
00:36:29And a big favorite as well.
00:36:30That's two fights away.
00:36:35As coming up next, it'll be the Joshua Bouazzi really much just a fight.
00:36:41Okay. But Denny and Shiraz, what are you expecting from that bout?
00:36:45Second's out. Round eight.
00:36:48I just think the star quality and the promise from Shiraz is very hard to overlook, if I'm honest.
00:36:57But the Rocky story, that is Tyler Denny. You can't not like the guy.
00:37:03A very, very proud European champion. He'll do everything he can to keep hold of that belt.
00:37:08And this is not where Warrington wants to be in the mid-range where Kakashi can pick him apart.
00:37:16No, I thought he slowed down a bit in the last round there, Warrington.
00:37:19He had some bits of success with the body work, but just slowed down a bit.
00:37:22It became a little bit more of a slightly easier tackle to hit than he had in the previous rounds.
00:37:27Even the rounds he was losing.
00:37:32That's better for Warrington a little bit.
00:37:34That's better for Warrington to get in with the shoulders.
00:37:36Oh, excellent work from Warrington.
00:37:48Good jab there for Warrington a solid shot.
00:37:52See, once Kakashi comes off his jab, that allows Warrington to get close and work away.
00:37:56Got a turn here, Warrington get off the ropes, spin Kakashi.
00:38:12He's managing better inside as well, isn't he, Kakashi?
00:38:14Now he's kind of understanding the tricks that Warrington's posing.
00:38:20We're going for Kakashi a second.
00:38:22We've faded the uppercut and come over with the left hook.
00:38:26Halfway through, round eight.
00:38:28Warrington started pretty well, but since then, Kakashi seemingly has taken control.
00:38:42I bet he's just tightened him up more now, Kakashi, stopping Warrington working inside.
00:38:46He's not letting as many shots go himself when he's in close.
00:38:52Oh, big left hook from Kakashi.
00:38:58Warrington now on the front foot, trying to get inside.
00:39:02Kakashi circling away and now he wants to be on the front foot.
00:39:09He's got work back upstairs, Warrington.
00:39:11He works the body really, really well, but doesn't follow back upstairs.
00:39:19That's better.
00:39:19He missed with the left hook there, but that's the right thing to be doing there.
00:39:24The right to the body, then back upstairs with the left hook.
00:39:27Are we going to see our third straight fight go the distance?
00:39:43Not many people would have picked that parlay.
00:39:45Ultimately, two great men are in that ring, going toe-to-toe, but there's only going to come out one winner.
00:39:59Who do you think is going to take it, and how do you think is going to take it?
00:40:03How are they going to win this?
00:40:16This fight is not going points.
00:40:18I think it don't go past three rounds personally.
00:40:20I think it's whoever lands the biggest shot first.
00:40:22I am backing AJ to land that big shot that will just close the show.
00:40:26The reality is it can go either way.
00:40:28In three rounds, you think either of them have a fair shot?
00:40:30Listen, throughout the 12 rounds, for as long as the fight lasts, someone's got a chance.
00:40:35You know, but I don't believe it goes past three.
00:40:37I believe someone's just going to land, and that's going to be good night.
00:40:40We'll find out shortly. Have fun in there.
00:40:42Pleasure. Thank you.
00:40:44Like I said, that was a moment ago, more like five or six rounds ago, that he was asked that question.
00:40:49Conor Benn thought this would be over in three.
00:40:51Or was he talking about the main event? I assume he was talking about this one.
00:40:56I mean, Tony was referencing the main event, so he doesn't think that one's going past three.
00:41:00It's going past three.
00:41:05This one is in the ninth, and Warrington needs to find some of that Leeds magic.
00:41:11Sean O'Hagan in the corner, in the corner.
00:41:16What you were saying about when Warrington's had success to the body,
00:41:19they're stuck to follow up to the head.
00:41:21And you've got more at the levels.
00:41:23Keep your opponent thinking, guessing.
00:41:25You've got the right hand there, Tony.
00:41:27Right hand there, Tony.
00:41:27Oh, come on.
00:41:28A slap down for Kukachi.
00:41:31Sounded like a hand chopper inside of the glove.
00:41:40He's really trying to measure Warrington now with that lead hand, so he can find the right.
00:41:45Kukachi.
00:41:46But the main thing with that left hand down there, it stops Warrington working.
00:41:50It stops him advancing, and that's why he doesn't constantly throw that jab.
00:42:01Good work for Kukachi as he ducked down with the left hand under the gloves.
00:42:05His corner is yelling at him to stay on top of Josh.
00:42:09He's using his feet well here as well, Kukachi.
00:42:18Just making Josh Warrington fall short.
00:42:22He's not making him miss quite much, so he's always there to be able to throw the counter.
00:42:28Even though Kukachi throws that lazy left hand, that's where Warrington's got to just slide
00:42:32over the right hand, over the top.
00:42:35Just slide that front foot forward and just pop it over the top.
00:42:39Good body shot there from Warrington as Kukachi bounces off the ropes.
00:42:53That's where he's got work, Josh Warrington.
00:42:55Got to be busy inside here, work away at the body.
00:43:03That's better.
00:43:03His engine's fantastic, even in the pressure sometimes, always can find out a blistering
00:43:11combination, the bluster of energy to do more work.
00:43:16Oh, right hand, a short one snapped the jaw of Warrington.
00:43:20We had a good look at that one, didn't we, Darren?
00:43:22Oh, we had a great view of that.
00:43:23That was a big shot.
00:43:24That was crazy, wasn't it?
00:43:25Yeah, it was.
00:43:26It was like the club was facing him.
00:43:31Warrington's showing he still has a chin.
00:43:36And when you suffer a knockout loss and the way that he did in his last fight,
00:43:42you wonder about the chin.
00:43:43And looking at the way that landed, Warrington's had a fractured jaw and a broken jaw in fights
00:43:50in the past against Maurice O'Lara and Kiko Martinez.
00:44:02Hey, another Fury in the house.
00:44:03There's Tommy Fury and he gets a nice round of boos.
00:44:07Is he going to run it back with Jake Paul at some point?
00:44:14Hey, they like the brother better.
00:44:26There's an indication of what we might hear if we do get Fury against Joshua here next year.
00:44:31Yes.
00:44:32There's the scene.
00:44:37It looks like we're about 60% full right now.
00:44:41It will be jammed to the rafters by our main event.
00:44:44I guarantee you that.
00:44:45Second's out.
00:44:46Every ticket has been sold.
00:44:52Three rounds to go here.
00:44:53And this, our third fight of the night.
00:44:55Josh Warrington moving up a weight class to fight at super featherweight
00:44:59against the IBF champion Anthony Kakachi.
00:45:02And outside of some modest success in the first two rounds,
00:45:06Kakachi has taken over from Warrington.
00:45:10Yeah, he needs to get busy, Josh Warrington.
00:45:12He's got to get closer.
00:45:13When he gets close, work.
00:45:16Like I've said, work downstairs, back upstairs.
00:45:19Father Sean implying, ordering the same advice.
00:45:22He's always in the fight, Warrington.
00:45:27Every round he's in the fight.
00:45:28Just...
00:45:31Kakachi's work a little bit better.
00:45:32You know, we saw the scoring in the last fight.
00:45:34We thought it was easy for Josh Kelly, but it was very close.
00:45:38Maybe the judges think this is closer than we do.
00:45:42Oh, a step in right hand.
00:45:44A bone-crunching shot from Kakachi.
00:45:50Oh, a step in right hand.
00:45:55Love Warrington.
00:45:58Has handled his power pretty well.
00:46:00He has.
00:46:01He was hurt early, wasn't he?
00:46:02But now, seems to have got to grip with the power of Kakachi.
00:46:07But what comes with that is danger.
00:46:09You can't get complacent thinking you can take the shots.
00:46:14Take silly risks, but he does need to get busy.
00:46:17We've got to give Warrington his credit.
00:46:20He's done all he can to drag Kakachi into his sort of war.
00:46:23Great, come on, come on.
00:46:27For the one, it looked like he did that.
00:46:29Come on team, come on team, come on team.
00:46:32Back ahead.
00:46:36Warrington warned for hitting behind the head.
00:46:39That's what he does.
00:46:42I'm sorry, go ahead, Mike.
00:46:43I was going to say he had a point docked for that offense against Lee Wood last time out.
00:46:48We spoke about the terrific engine of Josh Warrington.
00:46:52I must say Kakachi looks like he's got plenty left in the tank.
00:46:56Obviously, he can't be easy making the weight.
00:47:00Still looking strong.
00:47:01I mean, he's from Ireland, but he certainly can't eat too many potatoes to make that sort of weight, right?
00:47:12I mean, the carbs have got to be cut out.
00:47:19He is a massive man for this weight class.
00:47:21No doubt about it, Anthony Kakachi.
00:47:23A couple of good uppercut said from Kakachi before Warrington fired back.
00:47:27Oh, that's an uppercut on the inside.
00:47:30Cot, really snap back the head of Warrington.
00:47:34Again, credit to the Lee's man taking the shot.
00:47:39Cot him again.
00:47:42But Warrington with a fighter's heart refusing to back down.
00:47:53It's all right, OK, I'm going to look after it.
00:48:01Try Andy's here.
00:48:03Ah, it's not fucking bad.
00:48:05You have worse.
00:48:05That's it.
00:48:06Give me a hand to come chill out.
00:48:10Give me a hand to come chill out.
00:48:14It's not bad.
00:48:14OK.
00:48:17Give me a towel now and have one.
00:48:19Right, keep your breathing going.
00:48:21That's a fucking joke.
00:48:22Listen, shut off.
00:48:23You're just making a mistake here.
00:48:24You have to win.
00:48:25Two rounds, Ed.
00:48:25Two rounds.
00:48:26Win the two rounds, you win the six.
00:48:30Some lovely work there from Kakachi.
00:48:32Just finding the space down that big uppercut.
00:48:34He's doing his favourite shot.
00:48:35His most successful shot of the night, you feel.
00:48:38A couple of those, Ed.
00:48:39One of the notes.
00:48:41Doing what he only knows to fire back under pressure when he's hurt.
00:48:45His only defence is offence.
00:48:46Second time.
00:48:47I think he needs...
00:48:47Round 11.
00:48:49Warrington might need Teddy Atlas in his corner to give him one of those
00:48:52those pep talks we've seen him become so famous for.
00:49:00Remember that one?
00:49:01I think it was to Tim Bradley.
00:49:02You've got to be a fireman.
00:49:03Walk through the fire.
00:49:04And one of those helped Evander Holyfield become one of the three weight world champions that Joshua is attempting to emulate tonight.
00:49:17Still two more fights after this one before our main event.
00:49:21I've got to say, yeah, the printing on the floor on the ring is very slippery.
00:49:29There's been a couple of fights that's happened.
00:49:35Kakashi with a cut to the left of his left eye, but the blood has at least subdued for now thanks to the work in his corner.
00:49:43Yeah, needs to keep poking out that jab, trying to walk Warrington onto that right uppercut.
00:50:00Josh Warrington needs to move his head, be sharp on the feet, get close and work away, but this is good work from Kakashi.
00:50:05He's having a great run, isn't it here, Kakashi. Again, punching long, not getting too close.
00:50:14That allows in the range of the leverage to land. Good feet as well there from Kakashi.
00:50:21Even there, a little skipping back and still bringing that left hand out.
00:50:23Good work. Isn't it amazing when you get into a bit of a rhythm?
00:50:35Yeah. And it will actually become a bit more energy in your work.
00:50:38Yeah, he's not having to force it, is he? It's nice and relaxed, it's flowing.
00:50:42He's just struggling to get close here.
00:51:00Right hand from Kakashi blocked by Warrington, but he hits so hard.
00:51:08Moves Warrington every time he lands one of those clutches, even if it's blocked.
00:51:12Nice bodywork there from Warrington.
00:51:17There's no need for Kakashi to exchange and punch with Warrington.
00:51:20I mean, he might get the finish with that, but I mean, it's too much of a risk.
00:51:23Yeah, he's just doing the right thing here.
00:51:26A lot of variation in the work of Kakashi now.
00:51:28He doesn't mind going close, but predominantly moving the feet well, keeping it long,
00:51:33and having things his own way. Really good round this for Kakashi, round 11.
00:51:37It's a good shot there from Warrington, though.
00:51:50Todd Warrington, the shots are gonna be wrong. That's how he fights.
00:51:53He won't keep anything of his own way.
00:52:04Last round, you're frustrating yourself.
00:52:08Yeah, but he is there for what we're asking for.
00:52:10What you've got to do now? You've got to get them feet out.
00:52:15You remember that work we've done with Cones?
00:52:17He's going to try to stay away now, unless he's going to try and be an hero and have a go in the last round.
00:52:23Yeah, you've got to press with them feet.
00:52:25You know, we're coming down to Cones and we move, move, move.
00:52:27Yeah, we're hands this way, so we're all...
00:52:32You know, when you do engage, when you do engage, yeah, he's throwing his shots, he's standing up.
00:52:40You need to go again, yeah?
00:52:42All right.
00:52:43It's corner, it's right, second.
00:52:46We're going to make you need to pull it up.
00:52:47Yeah, you're mad now.
00:52:49Let's go, let's go.
00:52:51Second's out, 12, final round.
00:52:54Well, in our last fight, Ishmael Davis needed a 12th for a last round knockout and he almost got it.
00:53:01Warrington seemingly needs one too, Barry. How does he deliver it?
00:53:05Well, he's just going to go all in, hasn't he?
00:53:06He's got to get his feet close, he's got to let his hands go and keep them going.
00:53:10But like you say, if he starts, though, he works his body.
00:53:13As Dan and Mike said, he's got to come up top.
00:53:18Yeah, it's all about volume here, but then also,
00:53:20that allows Kakachi the opportunity to find a shot of his own.
00:53:24So, it is a dangerous point, but it is all or nothing now for Josh Warrington.
00:53:32Yeah, feast or famine for the Leeds native.
00:53:36And Mike Costello said earlier that Josh's career is on the line in this fight.
00:53:43Yeah, that double jabber win like he was trying to win the early rounds here, Josh.
00:53:47Again, the printed on the ring apron.
00:53:55But this is what Warrington wants, he wants Kakachi to open up and try and knock him out too.
00:54:00It is, but I think the best shot, even though he's had even more shots here,
00:54:03Warrington, the best shot came from Kakachi.
00:54:06It's a short little left hook.
00:54:09Does he have the power to hurt Kakachi?
00:54:12Let's do a little bit of work there from Kakachi.
00:54:26And quickly, let's look at Tony's scorecard.
00:54:28Guys, I've got Kakachi ahead here.
00:54:35I mean, he's obviously the puncher back.
00:54:37Josh Warrington took some big punches tonight and I give him so much credit for being in there.
00:54:42But Kakachi's got so many tools in his artillery.
00:54:45I'm really impressed with him, to be fair.
00:54:47Big at the weight.
00:54:49But yeah, he's winning convincingly, in my opinion.
00:54:51Josh Warrington is trying.
00:54:53I can't knock him.
00:54:54But there's just not enough that he's landing to be winning these rounds.
00:54:58Guys, I've got Kakachi ahead.
00:54:59I don't think there's much controversy surrounding that card for sure.
00:55:05It has been Kakachi's nine or so it seems.
00:55:08A punch landed.
00:55:10But the referee says it was more of a slip.
00:55:13It might have been after the break or something there.
00:55:16That was a shot.
00:55:18I don't think he was hurt.
00:55:19He was hit when he was moving.
00:55:20He still touched the floor after a punch.
00:55:22Oh, the Alphacar again from Kakachi.
00:55:28But they're both feeling the pace now.
00:55:32Look at where Kakachi went to.
00:55:34Oh, look at that.
00:55:35The puncher was at a slip.
00:55:37The gloves may have touched again.
00:55:41Yeah, it was a good chopping down right hand for Kakachi.
00:55:43And he just seemed to really wobble.
00:55:46But it must be the canvas once again.
00:55:52What a scream at Kakachi to come forward.
00:55:58And that will do it.
00:56:00Anthony Kakachi never really seemed to be in much trouble.
00:56:05As the IBS super featherweight champion
00:56:09seemingly has picked up its highest profile victory here at Wembley Stadium.
00:56:15Yeah, it was a good performance, wasn't it, from Kakachi.
00:56:19He started well, Josh Warrington.
00:56:21He had some moments throughout, but he just felt
00:56:25the management of the fight was better.
00:56:28That shot threw out very, very eye-catching.
00:56:30I can't give Josh Warrington enough props.
00:56:33A man has the heart of a lion.
00:56:36Well, Warrington did what he always does.
00:56:38Trying to do lots of punches, smothering work,
00:56:40make you work hard, and really, really force the pace.
00:56:44But ultimately, Kakachi better work, for me, gives him the win.
00:56:48Well, former IBS world champion,
00:56:57And a flyweight thriller at the BP Pulse Arena in Birmingham Saturday, November 30th.
00:57:03And you can see it worldwide live on DAZN.
00:57:09Well, Mike, did this fight pan out the way you thought it might?
00:57:13I think that's the way that most people thought it might.
00:57:16And maybe with a degree of more success for Josh Warrington.
00:57:20But in the end, I think we've seen Kakashi grow as a world champion.
00:57:26What he showed was a really good engine for a man who's so big of the weight
00:57:29that you tend to think is struggling for the weight, at 35 years of age,
00:57:33can still find the strength to thaw at Warrington,
00:57:36who's a continuous pressure for you all through the fight.
00:57:39Always on you.
00:57:41And I thought he boxed better in the second half of the fight.
00:57:44I thought Kakashi started to find space for that.
00:57:46He kept it a little bit longer than he did in the early rounds.
00:57:49And then when he was close, he showed a bit of strength that was holding Warrington
00:57:52and winning the fight back. It was a good performance.
00:57:55It should be a first defense, of course, at the IBF title.
00:57:58And you want that under your belt to go on, hopefully now, for bigger challenges.
00:58:02Well, in a way, it won the defense because he could have lost his title tonight
00:58:05and he'll walk away with it still around his waist.
00:58:07Yeah, and the main thing is he gets to fight for his title again.
00:58:10He's still in the game. For a man who's 35, it looked like maybe the whole title tilt
00:58:16was passed him by. That's true. He never had the rub of the green in any occasion, unfortunately for him.
00:58:22Couldn't get the opportunities that others get above him.
00:58:25But he got his chance against Contina, took it.
00:58:27And tonight he just beat another big name in British boxing.
00:58:30Or so we think he's beat another big name in British boxing.
00:58:33Yeah, hold your horses a little bit. We were scared with the last fight scorecards.
00:58:39And it was a good fight. It wasn't a fight I expected, but I thought it was a good fight.
00:58:44And at times there, Kakachi showed a good education to not brush his work, showed a little bit of composure.
00:58:50Warrington, you know, Warrington is Warrington. He's always going to give 110%.
00:58:55He's never going to come away from anything.
00:58:57He could have done physically because he could have done more.
00:58:59Technically, maybe, but not physically.
00:59:01If he would have worked the head more after his good body work, he might have had more success.
00:59:05But I think, you know, there was always a worry that Kakachi was going to land him with those uppercuts,
00:59:09which he did. He got hurt. He'd be covered.
00:59:11But Kakachi, you know, for me, a clear winner.
00:59:17Thomas Triber has the numbers.
00:59:23Ladies and gentlemen, after 12 rounds of boxing, we go to the judges' scorecards.
00:59:30Judge Marcus McDonald scores it 118 to 110.
00:59:35And judges, Jagorj Molenda and Steve Gray scored the same, 117 to 111.
00:59:44All in favor of your winner by unanimous decision.
00:59:49And still, IBO and IBF Super Featherweight Champion of the World,
00:59:59Anthony, the Anthony Town Apache, Kakashi!
