« Je ne sais pas », a répondu le président américain, interrogé dimanche par NBC pour savoir s’il pensait devoir respecter la Constitution, qui garantit une procédure judiciaire équitable pour toutes les personnes se trouvant sur le territoire américain. « J’ai de brillants avocats qui travaillent pour moi, et ils vont évidemment suivre ce que la Cour suprême a dit », a-t-il toutefois ajouté.
