Far-right politician and NATO critic Calin Georgescu, who won the first round of Romania's annulled elections in November, says the re-run of the vote on Sunday -- from which he is barred -- is a "fraud orchestrated by those who have made cunning the only state policy". The Constitutional Court cancelled last year's vote and Georgescu was excluded from the re-run after claims of Russian interference and a "massive" social media promotion in his favour.
