New Delhi, May 04, 2025 (ANI): BJP spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla accused Congress and Rahul Gandhi of insulting the armed forces, questioning surgical strikes, and disrespecting Lord Ram. He alleged a pattern of appeasement politics, citing past actions like the UPA-era affidavit on Ram Setu and Rahul Gandhi's remarks abroad calling Lord Ram imaginary.On his tweet on Congress and Lok Sabha LoP Rahul Gandhi, BJP National Spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla said, " First they (Congress) did 'rashtra droh' by insulting the forces, by questioning the surgical strikes, by giving clean chit to Pakistan. Now they are showing their true face of being 'Ram Drohi'. This is not 'sayyog', it is a planned use of votebank. Time and again, insulting lord Ram and Hindus have become Congress's identity.
