00:00What is going on, summoners?
00:02We're back here today with another Champion Deep Dive.
00:05Today, we're talking about Cyclops.
00:08You voted for him, now it's time to see what he can do.
00:11So sit back and relax, cause it's time to get into it.
00:24Cyclops enters the contest always calm under pressure.
00:28Ensuring his defensive ability accuracy cannot be reduced.
00:33Also, as an attacker, while not performing an action, Cyclops stands completely still,
00:39and his stoicism makes his opponent more aggressive.
00:43When fighting non-tech champions, he enters the fight with a 10 second true focus buff.
00:50This is refreshed when gaining a personal precision,
00:54and, if it isn't active for any reason, it re-triggers when he activates a special attack.
01:00Now, Cyclops gains a precision passive when he completes the third basic attack in a combo.
01:06This also happens when he intercepts the opponent.
01:10And, intercepting the opponent with your special attack grants him four additional precisions.
01:16These precision passives last for 10 seconds, max out at 20 stacks, expire one at a time,
01:24and are all refreshed when he gains a new one.
01:28Now, let's check out his special attacks.
01:31When Cyclops has 10 or more personal precisions, his special attacks are passively unblockable.
01:40And, for each personal precision, the first hit landed in a special attack grants him a plus 20% prowess passive for 2 seconds,
01:49maxing out at 100 stacks.
01:51Additionally, all of his personal effects are refreshed and paused during his special attacks.
01:58And, on activation of the special one, he gains a 20% power efficiency passive for 2 seconds, maxing out at 2 stacks.
02:08With the special two, on activation, he gains a non-stacking 30% power efficiency passive for 2 seconds.
02:17He also gains 5 personal precision passives.
02:30The special three!
02:32As an attacker, this attack can only be activated when Cyclops has at least 20 personal precisions.
02:39It can only be used once per fight, and when activated, it costs 100% less power,
02:46and grants him a 5% power efficiency passive for 2 seconds.
02:51Now, let's check out his signature ability.
02:54When awakened, Cyclops stores up to 90% of the damage taken from bleed and physical thorns as adrenaline.
03:03Additionally, for each other X-Men champion on the team, Cyclops enters his first fight with a persistent tactician charge.
03:12These increase personal prowess potency by 2% flat, and his true focus and precision duration by 1 second.
03:20These max out at 10, and he gains 1 when winning a fight.
03:25Now, let's take him out for a spin in the champion rotation.
03:29To begin, strike the opponent and focus on your 3-hit combos to build your precision passives.
03:36Try to intercept as often as possible to make this go faster.
03:42Continue this process as you build up to your special 3.
03:45But, remember, you can't activate it below 20 precisions.
03:49Once you're at 3 bars, stand your ground and intercept the opponent with your special 2.
03:55If you mess up, don't worry. It'll be unblockable.
03:59Immediately after, launch your special 1s until the opponent is knocked out.
04:05Now, if you need some extra juice, you can build up to 20 precisions and start your I-Beam Annihilation with your special 3 to stack on even more power efficiency.
04:16That way, you can build to maximum damage and unleash those mind-blowing yellow numbers.
04:22And hey, that true focus buff is great for tackling some of those pesky champions who love to evade and make you miss.
04:30So, don't be afraid to take Cyclops into those tougher fights and show the world how to lead the charge.
