00:12yes the basis of the layout is 50 years old yeah it was a previous member and he originally had
00:22it as a layout called loose chippings oh okay unfortunately about 12 years ago he passed away
00:29a couple years later his widow asked the club to clear out the shed and we rediscovered the
00:40layouts in the back of the shed so you've brought it you've brought it back to life yes yes so brought
00:46it back to life a simple restoration rather than a full restoration yeah because I wanted to keep
00:55Roy's original layout intact as what was he so it's Roy what was his last name Roy Edgington yeah
01:01of course Edgington on the sign there yeah yeah so once I'd done the sympathetic restoration yeah
01:07um I decided to rename the layout after Roy oh that's a lovely little touch yeah I renamed the
01:14layout Edgington yeah yeah and got it back into the the public um perception sort of thing for all of
01:23us to enjoy well fair play to you sir well done hopefully it will go on for at least another 20-30
01:29years before I have to step up to a bigger gauge because I can't see what I'm doing
01:35so here with 32 foot of track is the Sussex club hello sir hello what's your name boss Ian Redmond so you've
01:42been so highly before Ian yes we have we came last year with my colleagues layout uh hillside park
01:47and we've been asked to come back again this year with castle rice you've gone super sized haven't
01:51you this year with 32 foot of track that's right yes it is yes and what do you think of it down here
01:56have you had a chance to kind of explore the area and the seven valley and and stuff previously
02:00back last year on the uh we invited back to go down the seven valley railway last year yeah so my colleague
02:05came back in august last year did the railway we we walked down to the uh the ship which we're staying at
02:11this weekend yeah uh we haven't done a lot of errands falling around here but uh you know we come back
02:16again another year perfect setting for this kind of event isn't it yeah anything like that well we
02:21want to see if you know um i deal with the bluebell railway so yeah i want to show up through our way in
02:26the carriage so yeah i think the railway with railway inside is always nice to have awesome well
