Chandigarh, May 03 (ANI): Congress leader Bhupinder Singh Hooda asserted that Punjab has no right to withhold Haryana’s share of water and emphasized the need to construct the SYL canal. He further urged the Centre to take responsibility and implement the Bhakra Beas Management Board’s decision.Following the all-party meeting over the water sharing dispute with Punjab, Congress leader Bhupinder Singh Hooda says, "When the Bhakra Beas Management Board has taken a decision, then why should Punjab have any problem in releasing water? Punjab has no right to stop our share of water. The construction of SYL is the real solution to this problem. It is the Centre's responsibility to implement this."
