00:00Just heading out of Turf Moor for one final time this season, following Burnley's final day, 3-1 victory over Millwall.
00:09Unfortunately it wasn't enough for the Leeds title, for much of the afternoon it looked like Burnley would almost surprise the odds a little bit by pipping Leeds the title.
00:19But a bit cruelly, Leeds 91st minute winner at Plymouth, so the trophy goes their way instead.
00:27Muted the celebrations a little bit towards the end, which were a surprise to see Natasha Benningfield come out and perform unwritten.
00:35But yeah, shouldn't take any of the recognition of what's been an amazing season for Scott Parkin,
00:44and then finished the season on 100 points, the first side to do that and not finish first.
00:49All those records which we can go on and on and talk about all day long, but you all know them by now.
00:55Showing me amazing records on beating at home, 33 unbeaten, matching another record, I think it was Reading.
01:03And on to Tuesday for the parade to give the players the recognition they deserve.
01:07But yeah, so the game itself, Burnley had to come from behind again.
01:11I think it's the third time in the seventh game, which again sums up their character and their resolve.
01:19Norwell had to win realistically to finish in the playoffs, and they gave it a real good go in the first half, made for an open game.
01:26But the second half, Burnley were absolutely relentless.
01:30Really created enough chances to be scoring five or six, should have scored five or six as Scott Parkin himself admitted.
01:37But in the end they got a 3-1 win, which they utterly deserved.
01:41Josh Brown again with another double, that's 18 for the season now.
01:45He misses out on the top scorer by just one goal from midfield, which is just, as I said, remarkable, considering he missed out on the EFL team of the season.
01:53And then Jane Anthony as well, who was, him and Anthony, Hannibal sorry, played like they were possessed today.
01:59Anthony missed some chances, but kept going, as he always does, and got his reward with another goal.
02:04So, yeah, season's finished. Big summer ahead, big season coming up next season when we know it'll be a lot different than this one.
02:14But yeah, on to Tuesday on the parade to celebrate.
