00:00I'm standing here in the arena in Mexico City that's hosting TripleMania, just
00:23moments before doors open.
00:51Not only is it my first time wrestling in Mexico, in my entire career, I'm wrestling at the
01:02biggest event that Mexico puts on.
01:05So that's a hell of a debut.
01:07To see 22,000 people in that building in Mexico City opposite Mayweather-McGregor fight, it
01:12was pretty remarkable.
01:13I love it, man.
01:14It's beautiful.
01:15They must have knew I was coming because they got all the lights up here and they got a
01:18big enough arena to hold all my fans, so I think it's amazing.
01:21The passion that they have, the energy that they have, those fans don't sit down.
01:26It is constant energy and adrenaline flowing within that arena.
01:31This time right now is what I'd like to refer to as the calm before the storm.
01:38You go down to Mexico, it's a completely different story.
01:45You don't know what you're getting when you get there.
01:47You don't know what you're gonna see when you get there.
01:49You don't know what you're gonna get wrapped up in.
01:51And yeah, this year was no exception.
01:53I definitely got some butterflies walking out into the arena earlier today.
01:59This will easily be the biggest crowd that I've ever performed in front of.
02:05And after coming so close to death, to be wrestling again just four months later and
02:11on a show of this magnitude, I can't even put the feeling into words.
02:15That experience made me never want to come back to Mexico City.
02:20And I don't think it would have been fair to never come back.
02:25Because this city had been like a second home to me for so many years.
02:28And I wouldn't be the wrestler I am today if it wasn't for the Mexican style of wrestling.
02:33If it wasn't for Lucha Libre.
02:35Z come back, man. Z is one of my best friends in the wrestling industry.
02:40And I almost had tears, man, watching him do his thing.
02:43DJ Z, what a remarkable story.
02:46Coming off of, you know, he had a very unfortunate incident in Mexico.
02:50And he knocked on death's door.
02:52Came back and he's fully cleared and back in the ring and he can go.
02:56And he's very, very in tune with the Lucha Libre style.
02:59It all kind of takes you back a little bit to the reason why you did this.
03:05And why you started to do professional wrestling.
03:09Lights, camera, action, let's go, let's do this.
03:12I wanna, I wanna feel that grimy brush. That's what it is.
03:16Those guys went out and tore the house down.
03:22Triple Mania had a huge card and one of the biggest matches they had on the card was similar to what our gauntlet battle royals would be.
03:28Lashley and Moose were a big part of that.
03:31I think Lashley was disappointed.
03:32I think Lashley thought that he was going to be in a world heavyweight title match.
03:36He was not happy about any of it.
03:38When I got out here and they told me that I was going to be in another gauntlet match.
03:42The wrestling business, if that's what they want me to do, it's fine.
03:45Stick me in the match.
03:46Let me throw all your little guys out of the ring and then go ahead and collect the title that I rightfully deserve once again.
03:51It doesn't matter who's in this card, but you can bring on all the Mexican legends.
03:55Well, you can even bring on the destroyer walking out against Bobby Lashley.
04:00If he's in my way, I'm going to whoop his because that's what I do.
04:05Moose, this was by far the biggest event he had ever been a part of.
04:31I think Lashley didn't expect Moose to be the actual one who eliminated him.
04:35And whatever preconceived notions Lashley may have had about working with Moose or working together with Moose,
04:41were quickly, quickly thrown to the side.
04:44What does Dan Lambert think about you being down here in Mexico?
04:46Dan's pissed because he's been telling me to get away from this thing for a while.
04:50I got a big fight coming out.
04:52I mean, we're scheduling a fight for December, so the last thing I want to do is come out here and get hurt.
04:56I think that was another reason Bobby was really engaged to go down there and be a part of everything.
05:02He thought that he was going to have a little bit more cards on the table,
05:05a little bit more to gain for himself personally to either get in the title shot or get in the title hunt with AAA,
05:12and that wasn't in the cards. The tensions ran high.
05:15Moose and Bobby have that machismo two-sport athlete that even though they're buddies,
05:21and you can tell Moose is the young stud, and Bobby's the seasoned guy,
05:26and Moose has something to prove, and every chance he gets to do what he does.
05:29And when he drop-kicked it, him out of the ring, and I watched that back.
05:33A 6'6", 300-pounder drop-kicking a guy over the top rope and getting the hype,
05:37he's got, the sky's the limit for Moose.
05:40Look, it's like I'm all the way down to Mexico, and this is what happens.
05:43I get traded by my own, my own teammate from Global Fortune.
05:47See, that's why I don't, that's why I don't have any friends around here,
05:50because of this very reason.
05:51I come out here to win a title, which they know that I'm the only one that is capable of winning this title.
05:56And then what happens? I get, I get double-crossed.
06:00Oh, you know what, that's what you said all the time.
06:04Pro-wrestling is for me.
