00:00Sunderland head coach Regis Labrice believes that he is a better coach now than when he was when he first joined the club at the start of the championship season.
00:10Sunderland are going into their final home game of the regular season against Queen's Park Rangers on Saturday afternoon before they face their playoff campaign.
00:19Their opponents in the semi-finals are yet to be determined as they will find them out on the final day.
00:23A really positive experience. Again, even if we can have good or bad results, I think the experience this season was really positive for me.
00:37I think I'm a better coach now than before after this season again. 46 games, so it's one season and a half for me.
00:46Okay. And yeah, the connection with the club, the fans, the way we worked here together, I think it was really positive.
00:55And I learned a lot and the challenge was really interesting.
01:00So for me at the minute, I'm happy.
01:04Obviously, we want more because we want to finish this season with a big achievement.
01:11And Middlesbrough head coach Michael Carrick has spoken of respect between himself and Coventry manager Frank Lampard ahead of the two sides meeting.
01:21I've actually known Frank since I was 13 at West Ham and came through behind him and kind of through the school of excellence and the youth team and moved on from West Ham.
01:31So, you know, we go quite a long way. But I've also played against him in some big games, as big as he can get in terms of Premier League and Champions League.
01:40And there's that. It's definitely the competitiveness. There's a huge respect.
01:45I've respected him from the very first time I trained with him and seeing how his attitude and his mentality to the game and how that was as a young lad and what kind of player he was.
01:56So, knowing him personally, of course, we're coming up against him. We've kind of covered a lot of bases.
02:03This one obviously is a different one, but it's not so much me against Frank. It's certainly the two football clubs, the two teams on the pitch.
