00:44This disturbing sound actually comes from an earlier meme video by Monium about toddlers eating soap.
00:49So that's why the cookie eats soap, but you may have also seen the cookie crying in funk music.

01:05who posted a video on April 19th depicting Soap Cookie crying, which apparently sounds like this.
01:10Soon, the Soap Cookie videos would start getting reposted to TikTok by users like SoapCookie123.
