00:00How close are we to a ceasefire? And is the president succeeding when it comes to foreign
00:06policy? Well, I would argue that the president is succeeding. You know, he handed Joe Biden
00:13a world at peace and Biden handed him back a world on fire with two wars waging on two continents.
00:20And the president and his administration have invested hundreds of man hours in de-escalating
00:25both of these wars. When it comes to Russia and Ukraine, we know that Putin has offered a short
00:32ceasefire. The president is demanding a 30-day full ceasefire. He's not happy with a three-day
00:38ceasefire. You know, there's negotiations and term papers that have been submitted to the Ukrainians
00:43and the belief is that the Ukrainians have more or less accepted the American proposal
00:47with some caveats. And now the ball seems to be in Putin's court. Regarding the minerals deal,
00:54certainly from the American side, this was a very important and big part of the overall
00:59situation, the overall agreement was trying to help the American taxpayer recoup some of
01:06the economic and financial investment that was made to Ukraine, the billions of dollars
01:11that America gave to Ukraine in this war.
