Patna (Bihar), April 30, 2025 (ANI): On Union government announcement over caste census to be part of national census, Bihar legislative assembly LoP & RJD leader, Tejashwi Yadav claimed it be victory of their party.Speaking to media, he underlined that inclusion of Caste census in National census had been long pending demand of RJD party. He further briefed about Parliamentary Bill presented in 1996 to include caste census in 2001 National census, which got side-lined by Atal Vihari Vajpayee govt, further under DR. Manmohan Singh it didn’t got included. He also mentioned about caste census conducted in Bihar State under JD(U)-RJD alliance.
