कटिहार, बिहार: बिहार के कटिहार निवासी युवा उद्यमी गुल्फराज का मखाना स्टार्टअप आज बिहार ही नहीं पूरे देश में चर्चा बटोर रहा है। गुल्फराज ने इंजीनियरिंग की पढ़ाई की है और पढ़ाई के दौरान ही उन्हें मखाना का स्टार्टअप शुरू करने का आइडिया आया। दरअसल, गुल्फराज जिस इलाके में रहते हैं, वहां मखाना की खेती बहुत होती है। जब गुल्फराज मखाना का बिजनेस शुरू करने की सोच रहे थे, उस दौरान प्रधानमंत्री मोदी भी बिहार के मखाना को पहचान दिलाने की कोशिश कर रहे थे। प्रधानमंत्री से प्रेरित होकर मखाना स्टार्टअप को लेकर उनकी दिलचस्पी बढ़ गई। आज गुल्फराज का मखाना कारोबार उड़ान भर रहा है। उन्होंने अपनी मखाना प्रोसेसिंग यूनिट में कई लोगों को रोजगार भी दिया है और वे जल्द ही सुपर फूड मखाना से बनने वाले 10 प्रोडक्ट लॉन्च करने वाले हैं।
