01:44Pinuri rin rin ito ang development assistance ng Japan na nakatulong sa maritime domain awareness, infrastruktura, food security, climate change adaptability, digital transformation, agrikultura, at iba pang sektora.
01:59Malaki rin rin naman o ang naging papel nito sa peace process sa Mindanao at bilang ang Pilipinas ang unang recipient ng official security assistance ng Japan,
02:09ito ang nagbigay dahan sa upgrades sa security agencies, lalo na sa Department of National Defense.
02:16Ang Japan naman tiniyak ang patuloy na pakikipagtulungan sa Pilipinas sa pagpapanatili ng kaayusan sa East at South China Sea at buong Indo-Pacific.
02:26I hope that our two nations will continue to closely communicate with each other to oppose attempts to change the status quo in the East and South China seas by force or coercion and to realize free and open Indo-Pacific based on rule of law.
