00:00I mean, hanging out with Stacey, you're a legend.
00:01You've been with this thing since the beginning.
00:04So how is it to, like, come here, have these amazing artists join you and support you?
00:07I mean, it's pretty amazing to see this collection of personalities, talent, partners, bookers.
00:15We all come together with a common goal of pushing the genre forward
00:19and having a bunch of fun in the process.
00:23I mean, and Guy, how has it been to work with Stacey over all these years?
00:26Well, she is the queen, the godmother.
00:30She's the one that curates this.
00:32I know everybody loves to come to Stagecoach,
00:34but all of our careers have been impacted by her vision and awareness of what's going on in the world,
00:42the world of music, the world of food, the world of, you know, of party.
00:46And Stagecoach is Stagecoach because of Stacey V.
00:49I mean, you rolling up to Stagecoach, man, this is three weekends for you.
00:52I've been laughing about UNT pain.
00:54Coachella, Coachella, Stagecoach.
00:55How's it to be here tonight?
00:57It's amazing, man, to be over here with my brother, man.
01:00We just put out a song, and, you know, I'm just really humbled and grateful to be here.
01:04Last year we just did Bud Light Stage, and it was just a couple thousand people to be, you know,
01:09to go to the main stage in a year.
01:10It's a blessing, honestly.
01:12And by the way, I'm playing the cowbell on that collab.
01:15You don't see my name smaller on the bottom, but it's cowbell and tambourine,
01:20which I'm both, you know, they'll tell you.
01:22I do a solo.
01:23More cowbell.
01:24I mean, I'm so happy about you guys' collaboration, by the way.
01:28So happy you guys got together.
01:29But, Jelly, like watching your career and watching you grow to see you as Stagecoach on the main stage this year, man,
01:34how are you feeling?
01:34It's unreal, man.
01:35I mean, we dreamed of it last year.
01:37It was a hope.
01:37It was a prayer to come back on the Saturday night.
01:39We're sandwiched between two of the biggest acts in country music.
01:42So it's awesome, dude.
01:42It couldn't have worked out any better for me.
01:44Boozy, Coe Wetzel's here.
01:45I felt like my friend day, kind of.
01:47And I'm a Sturgill fan.
01:48So I'm really excited to see Sturgill Simpson.
01:50I don't know if he knows who I am, but I'm looking forward to seeing Sturgill.
01:53I don't think there's a question of anybody that knows who you are, by the way.
01:57I think that's an understatement.
01:58But this is what Stacey does is she promotes careers, and she gives people a chance.
02:03You come in, you do great, you give to your fans, you participate,
02:07and she'll make sure that you get that chance.
02:09But you've got to earn it, and you've got to be worthy of it.
02:12And, of course, these two are now.
02:13Well, look where they're at.
02:14All right, two quick questions I've got to ask you.
02:16From beginning to now, what's the biggest change you've seen as Stagecoach?
02:18Oh, my gosh.
02:19We've just, like, the overall perception of what is and isn't country music,
02:24I think there's no limitation on who's invited to the show.
02:28And I think this is a reflection of that.
02:31And also, we're double the size, man.
02:34Like, we're growing, and the genre's growing,
02:36and it's something we're all really excited about.
02:40Last year, Jelly said from the stage,
02:42it's my dream to come back and headline Stagecoach.
02:45I watched Willie Nelson with Shibuzzi last year on the main stage,
02:50and he said to me, it's my dream to come back and play this stage.
02:53Guess what?
02:54They're both here, and they're both going to crush it.
02:56And I'm so proud of them.
02:58Yes, I love that.
02:59And, Guy, food and music together.
03:01What's the best part of it?
03:02Well, this was Stacy's deal.
03:03This was her idea that if you're going to bring people here
03:06and you're going to set this environment around country music,
03:09you have to give them all the senses,
03:11and there's nothing better than barbecue.
03:13I mean, cold drinks, good people, having a great time.
03:16And so we set up the smokehouse.
03:18And where do you go to a festival in today's world
03:21that anybody gives you anything for free?
03:23You know, we were cruising around today with the taco police.
03:26You got all these fans that are hungry.
03:28So we just drove around.
03:28We gave 1,000 tacos.
03:30We roasted that big steer.
03:31So we gave 1,000 tacos out just telling people it's about family,
03:35it's about friends, it's about great music,
03:37and it's about living in the greatest country in the world.
03:39Yeah, it's a stagecoach, everybody.
03:40This is an amazing crew.
03:41This is an amazing crew.
