IBM to invest 150bn in US over next 5 years: 'Technology doesn't just build the future - it defines it'

Tech giant IBM is planning to invest $150 billion into the US over the next five years to "accelerate its role as the global leader in computing", and that includes $30 billion for research and development to continue IBM's manufacturing of mainframe and quantum computers.
