He said the official Congress stand is reflected in the CWC resolution and statements by Mallikarjun Kharge and Rahul Gandhi. 03:27So, you know, we understand the gravity of the situation,

03:33This terrorist attack has to be condemned.
03:36We continue to condemn it in the strongest possible terms.
03:40And we must stand united.
03:43We must be one.
03:44But how it happened,
03:47how the three-tiered security structure
03:49at Pehelgam got breached.
03:52These are questions that have to be analyzed.
03:55But at the moment,
03:57I don't think you should associate
03:59the views expressed by some Congress people,

04:04as reflecting the views of the Congress Party.
