In a shocking moment during a press briefing, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt refused to rule out the possibility that the Trump administration might take drastic measures, including arresting Supreme Court judges. When asked by Fox News’ Peter Doocy, Leavitt did not deny that the DOJ could pursue actions against high-ranking judges if necessary. This unprecedented suggestion has sparked outrage, raising questions about the Trump administration's stance on judicial power and its willingness to challenge the nation’s highest court.

00:00The Trump administration is planning to suspend the writ of habeas corpus to circumvent these radical judges who are infringing on his Article 2 powers and to start shipping out illegals in mass.
00:10The previous administration was allowed to allow 15 million that we know about illegal aliens into this country.
00:17The Biden administration released millions of people in the United States. No one ever talks about it. I'll talk about it.
00:22Historic assaults on our republic require reciprocal action from our government.
00:26Can you please let us know if and when the Trump administration is planning to suspend the writ of habeas corpus to circumvent these radical judges who are infringing on his Article 2 powers and to start shipping out illegals in mass?
00:39I have not heard such discussions take place, but I can assure you that the president and the entire administration are certainly open to all legal and constitutional remedies to ensure we can continue with the promise of deporting illegal criminals from our nation's borders.
00:53And I also agree with the premise of your question, which doesn't happen in this room often, but I do agree with yours.
00:59It is absurd that the previous administration was allowed to allow 15 million that we know about illegal aliens into this country with very little pushback from our judicial branch.
01:12But this president is trying to simply enforce our nation's immigration laws and is facing roadblock after roadblock.
01:19So we're compliant with court orders.
01:21But as Tom Homan has said every day, we're going to continue to forge ahead with this mass deportation campaign.
01:26And the president is open to all remedies to do that.
01:29Thanks for being here today, Rogan.
01:30If I can also answer your question, as far as the judges, look, we just arrested the judge, Pambani, for impeding ICE enforcement removals.
01:41I said from day one, you don't have to support ICE's operations.
01:48You can support sanctuary cities if that's what you desire to do.
01:51Sanctuary cities, you can stand aside and watch ICE keep their communities safe.
01:54Because any public official, whether you're mayor, city councilman, or governor, their number one responsibility is protecting the communities.
02:02And ICE has been clear we're targeting public safety threats and national security threats.
02:05I can't believe there's any elected official, and especially a judge, that doesn't believe we should be doing that and they should be helping us.
02:12But ICE has been day one.
02:13You can sit aside and watch.
02:14You can argue against us all you want and protest all you want.
02:18But when you cross that line, I've said this a thousand times, when you cross that line to impediment or knowingly harboring concealing an illegal alien from ICE, you will be prosecuted.
02:29Judge or not.
02:30And as far as releasing so many people, you know why the Biden administration released millions of people in the United States?
02:36No one ever talks about it.
02:37I'll talk about it.
02:38Why did they release people into the interior of the United States rather than put them into an ICE bed?
02:43Why not put them in an empty ICE bed at $127 a night rather than in a hotel room at $500 a night?
02:50They did it on purpose.
02:51Because when you put them in an ICE detention bed, they get a hearing in 35 days.
02:56Court records show 9 out of 10 people who claim asylum, get order removal, they're gone.
03:00But if you release them and put them in a hotel room at $500 a night, their hearings can be 5, 7, 9 years where you pull out all appeals.
03:08And what are they hoping for then?
03:10That another Democrat administration is in power.
03:12They can warrant amnesty to millions.
03:16This is about selling this country out for future political power.
03:19That's what it was.
03:21The law clearly says if you arrive at our border without proper documentation, you shall be detained.
03:26Not maybe, not think about it, shall.
03:29And that's what President Trump's doing.
03:31Catching leases is over.
03:33That's what the law says, and that's what we've done.
03:36We just want the numbers, and let me talk about a few numbers that are important to me.
03:42Under the Biden administration, we averaged over 11,000 many days, over 12,000, even some days 15,000 illegal entrants to the United States.
03:5215,000.
03:54Do you know what the number was the last 24 hours?
03:57178.
03:5815,000 to 178.
04:02Unprecedented success.
04:05On an average day in the Biden administration, known gotaways.
04:07People we knew crossed the border, because they were on video, drone traffic, or sensor traffic.
04:13Crossed the border, weren't apprehended, weren't fingerprinted, and weren't vetted.
04:17Average day under Joe Biden, more than 1,800 gotaways.
04:21Yesterday, 38, 38, 38 too many, we'll get that at zero, but we went from 1,800 to 38.
04:30And finally, that was said earlier, on the first 100 days, or it was actually January 20th, April 1st.
