00:00I'd created for the kids these email addresses that sort of like names, again, that you would
00:07never guess, that I will give them at some point in their lives when they're older.
00:11But before I go to bed almost every night, I email them.
00:15Wow.
00:16I email because it doesn't have to be a heavy lift.
00:19And you email them like, here's your report card from today.
00:21Oh, my gosh, was it the funniest thing this morning?
00:23Or here's a picture of you two having breakfast.
00:25Or here's you playing with the things that you're not going to frame, the things that
00:30you're not going to put pen to paper in a journal, but they will end up at one point in their
00:35life, maybe when they're 16 or when they're 18, that I say, here's an email that I've been
00:39keeping for you.
00:40It's not about the grandeur of a gesture.
00:43It's about I see you.
00:46I'm nurturing you and I see you so deeply.
00:49And I love being able to see your growth and I'm just so proud of them.
00:53Um, so beautiful.
00:57Oh, I wasn't expecting that one.
00:59Um, yeah, they're just the great they're just it's just so great.
01:02This is why it's so nice to not have makeup on.
01:06Um, that's the it's the greatest gift you can give.
01:09That's the gift that will cost you nothing.
01:10And it will mean everything to your children.
01:12You do for your partner, too.
01:13Mm hmm.
