00:00Taking over a new business will have its own challenges, but because the business is existing, it gave me like an edge.
00:07So at least that helped us to have a fair customer base, and over time we've been able to grow it to a reasonable level,
00:13and I know it's going to get better by God's grace.
00:16We always provide good customer service, and when customers come in, we welcome them with a warm smile,
00:21we speak to them, we interact with them, we bring the African culture into our services.
00:26African culture is more interactive, you know, being in people's faces, knowing what is happening with them.
00:32So of course when they come in, they should expect that glamorous African culture, that is what we use.
00:36We are going to bring the full pleasure of the culture, being that we have a lot of African produce here,
00:42representing various sides of Africa, from East Africa, South Africa, Namibia, Angola, Nigeria, Ghana, everywhere.
00:50We have customers all over the world, Syrian loners come here, Cameranians come here, even people from everywhere in Africa.
00:57Even luckily, now because of the business, we have a lot of other continents coming in, from Europe, from the UK, from Canada,
01:05people just come in, from Belgium, one man came in from Belgium to have a holiday here, and he stepped into the shop, you know.
01:10He told me it was on holiday, and he bought a few things, and I was really happy and proud of myself.
01:14I just want to invite everybody to come in, have a feel of what we have here, have a feel of our product, a feel of our culture,
01:23and of course we are glad to be here, we are glad to make a positive impact.
01:27And I want to thank all my customers, the existing ones and the new ones that are coming in.
01:31I'm already excited to have you.
01:33For my family and friends, for their support, it's been top-notch. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
