00:19is an ex-correctional vehicle this is a van this is our tour van come take a

00:26look at it funny there's not much to see but she gets the job done we I'm a

00:35tribal member so we always got to have our Eagle feather up in the dash we got

00:39a we've got some little horns up there there's my son's shoes for good luck we

00:46got a fancy lighter that I got in Europe one time and it only works every other

00:51time you try to light never it doesn't work and that's where all the tour

00:56managers hats go up there here this is our this is a Colter wall hat fine

01:01collection I believe what's the name of that hat company again our friend Connie

01:05happy Jack company happy Jack hat company makes the blanks for these spitting

01:12chiclets it's a good podcast all you Canadian fellows out there are

01:15aficionados of hockey we got a little Honda records that's the label that I'm

01:19signed to they're from Kentucky we have another Colter wall hat we like Colter

01:25wall in this band he's a good guy don't forget Garrett's and the Calgary

01:29Calgary flames about it that's the hat collection as of today yeah we got some

01:38some sweet grass on the dash I am from the reds but we keep it resi in the red

01:44horse band band and this is a feather that a bill millers son Justin Miller bill

01:51miller is the guy who played he played the flute on the Pocahontas movie the

01:56soundtrack of Pocahontas is a good dude amazing songwriter Grammy winner what's up

02:04front of the banner yet your standard charger charging cables a bunch of shit a

02:09bag full of beers and somebody's beetle boot yeah we like to travel with hot

02:17sauce when we're here when we're going through the Midwest just in case you know

02:21there's the safety emergency oh yeah this is what we call our Midwestern safety

02:27kit just in case we run into we call it flavor country we got we come into under

02:34the wrong kind of terror we're Texans you know most of us are we like our food

02:38spicy and or at least somewhat seasoned it's why we travel with two of these

02:43all right this is Marie Sharpe's this is the finest hot sauce you can get habanero

02:49pepper sauce but you can't go wrong with a little crystals a little Louisiana style

02:54hot sauce I got a Louisiana blood running through my veins that's my my natural

02:59land so we got our Tabasco we got our fancy me and Garrett tried this mustard one

03:05time in in England and found out they sell it in the States here a little dog hair

03:11on it don't worry about that so this guy he plays the pedal still he doesn't

03:15usually drive we got this tall Canadian guy that drives us around he's our tour

03:19manager Garrett Garrett usually drives it all his hats are up here and Ian

03:25actually sits right here most of the time and I'm in the very very back because

03:31this is our tour bus after all so my job I get the back loft make sure Garrett's

03:36in compliance that's my rule here listening to our headphones not talking to each

03:41other yeah we don't listen to music on the stereo yeah we all have here here

03:46airpods maybe that's we all listen to uh we all watch YouTube videos about dogs and

03:52cats we all call a day I'd say like every three hours everyone kind of perks up like

03:57the blood sugar spikes and we have a little chat you know after a rest stop or

04:01something like that but then it's everyone's back in headphones

04:05shine that light of you shine one of me this is that no but everyone looks in

04:11trouble when they get shined a light on them you ever notice that you get pulled

04:14over and oh you're drunk for sure you're going to fucking jail it's a magical

04:22power of lights they make anyone look guilty come join me follow me down the

04:28hole of the rabbit the head the rabbit hole of just come on time again I go

04:32into the this is where the drummer sits he's the he's the tallest of the van he

04:38sleeps right here most of the time he's pretty quiet he only eats peanut butter

04:42only ever seen him eat like three times and the past couple years I've known him

04:46yeah yeah so every so Jason Jason used to be in prison and he uh he always makes

04:53his bed you could bounce a quarter off that blanket right and he got a long

04:57braid he's a white guy but he's he's very uncle and he sleeps right here if you

05:04look closely this used to be a correctional if you see right here it's

05:07right here there's no handle in the door there's bracket marks right there where

05:11there used to be a cage and they can open that door from the inside you can't

05:15open it from the inside unless you get longer keep the inmates in this used to

05:18be a prison van and now it's a now we are prisoners of the highway and we travel

05:23in this van and we can't get out only a couple pee breaks every couple days

05:29all right we're moving on to row number two this is the bass players this is his

05:37hat box that he has a giant hat in that he never never ever wears but he likes to

05:43keep this around just to just so it like you know can bang around and people have

05:47to move it out of the way all the time now he's wearing the only one time he's

05:52wearing it on this time in a week and a half but there's one of his hats yeah

05:58there's depotted hat random snacks he's got his clothes here I feel like I'm in

06:03somebody's bedroom all right come on in and he's a simple guy this is the guitar

06:10players seat Nigel he doesn't have anything he's got a blanket and he's got

06:16a you know one of those little donut pillow headrests and he only brings one

06:24guitar with him he's I've only ever seen him play a telecaster not much else

06:29Nigel's a simple guy and then this is my area here this is where the magic

06:37happens ladies and gentlemen this is my hat collection I got a mobile this is

06:43from a pot farm that I went to one time got this stack of hats here we got the

06:51same Coulter wall hat you saw earlier there's another Coulter wall hat shout

06:57out to Sterling Harjo of res dogs fame I'm a motorcycle guy now so I got

07:05motorcycles I just bought some so I have to have a motorcycle hat to match my new

07:10persona it says take it out and play with it it's supposed it's an innuendo I'm

07:15sure it's just a dick joke of some sort but and this is the tribe that I am

07:22enrolled in I'm a citizen of the Choctaw Apache tribe of Ebarb Louisiana and I

07:27like to rock this is my uncle hat and we've got some jackets here vast

07:32collection of sunglasses I always got to keep the Sun out of our eyes Bob Dylan

07:40wore these glasses these are his personal glasses that's your Lee we got a Dickie's

07:47shirt got a jacket some jackets a suit jacket in case we want to get fancy and

07:52go out and have meatballs for dinner yeah I'll tell you what man that's pretty much

07:57it we've got another feather here we we live simply out here on the road oh yeah
