In Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, resident doctors at Government Medical College were assaulted by the relatives of a 16-year-old boy after his condition worsened during treatment.

Naved, son of Nawab Ali from Bhatpura village, was brought to the emergency ward in critical condition, bleeding from his nose and ears. Despite efforts by doctors Arvind Pathak, Mayank Puruthi, and Harshit, he later vomited blood.

When informed of his serious condition, around 25–30 relatives became aggressive, shouting abuses and attacking the doctors, ignoring explanations about a severe head injury.
