00:00We people of gender, not sex binary, we are the children, the fruit of the tree.

00:11We deserve protection, safety and aid, not dressing down by the people they aid.

00:18They question our gender, our nature, our life.

00:22They cause us all pain with manufactured strife.

00:26Sex is a binary, rings out their cry, one intersex people were born to defy.

00:33Biological women are many and varied, some are quite nice, but some are just scary.

00:40But all that depends on what biology you're reading from books in the library.

00:46Sex is so varied they really can't tell, male or female, when Adam's apple fell.

00:52They challenge the different, the short hair, small chest.

00:56Exclude cancer patients is what they do best.

01:00Trans women are women, trans men are but men.

01:03Non-binary folk, they are neither of them.

01:06But all deserve spaces, full of respect.

01:10Not the discrimination we've come to expect.

01:13We don't want harassment, don't want to harass.

01:17We just want a place to sit down on our ass.

01:19We just want to pee, and then wash clean our hands.

01:23Can we not just be safe?

01:25Can you not understand?

01:28Sex is a spectrum, and gender is two.

01:31No colours in your world of dull pink and blue.

01:34Yet blue was once known as the fair virgin's pride, and pink made the girls wink.

01:40Men's heels were so high.

01:43Gender is deformative.

01:44Why do we wear clothes that show off what we hide under there?

01:48We want everyone to feel safe on the throne.

01:52Not become targets.

01:54We feel so alone.

01:56So show the respect that you want us to give.

01:59Give us a chance.

02:00Give us spaces to live.

02:02Trans women aren't men.

02:04Never shall be again.

02:06Our gender is our own.

02:07Protect us too, then.

02:09Safe spaces work when they keep all folks safe.

02:13Our rights should not fight, war should not shake.

02:16We want cis women safe.

02:18We want peace in our time.

02:20And peace for ourselves.

02:21Wouldn't that be sublime?
