00:00I've worked with Vitality for years now and I've done some amazing things with
00:04trying to get as many people active and just living healthy lifestyles. Parkrun,
00:09particularly this one here at Encliffe Park, is one that I've done a few times
00:12and my husband's done and we come down regularly. So yeah it's just fantastic to
00:17be part of this event and introducing Parkwalk where we're just trying to
00:21encourage more people to find a community, a healthy community where you
00:25can have conversations that you might not have had with different people, you're
00:30active, you're walking, it's great like mental headspace and then it might lead
00:35you on to running one day. So yeah just a fantastic morning, there's obviously lots
00:38of runners coming in and yeah there'll be lots of walkers today so it's an exciting
00:44morning. Brilliant and do you think that it looks like from what I was hearing
00:48there's going to be more people than ever here today, do you think that's a really
00:51exciting possibility to get people in the area to actually take that jump into
00:55you know doing some more exercise and getting outside a bit more? Yeah I think
00:58it's so exciting, I think that it can often feel really daunting to you know take
01:02that first step to be active, to run, to go on a long walk but actually being in
01:06this environment where like you said there's potentially 800, 900 people going
01:10to be here this morning, it's such an amazing atmosphere and like community to be
01:14part of. Hopefully that'll encourage more people to want to do it regularly on a
01:19Saturday morning in the future.
