00:00The administration's senatorial slate under the Alianza para sa Bagong Pilipinas coalition brought its campaign efforts to Pangkasinan.

00:08One of the country's vote-reached provinces with over 2.15 million registered voters presenting their platforms to energize local support.

00:21Alianza para sa Bagong Pilipinas senatorial candidates defended the government's 20 peso rice program.

00:28In a press conference today held in the Wupan City, Pangasinan, criticisms such as the program's timing appear to be politically motivated were discussed.

00:37However, the group had this to say.

00:39Ganun talaga eh. Whatever timing it is. Kahit last year pa yun, sasabihin niya, konektado sa election. Ganun talaga.

00:49You will never be able to please everyone. The important thing is you do what is right.

00:54My tech ano, pagka tinutulungan mo yung kahirapan at saka gutom, nothing is too late, nothing is too little.

01:03Gutom yan saka kahirapan eh, yun lang.

01:06Congressman Irwin Tulfo also emphasized the need to review the rice tarification law to ensure the long-term sustainability of affordable rice.

01:14Gawin natin yung mga subsidy para sa poorest of the poor, ibigay lahat dyan sa NFA para makabili silang bigas and then yung NFA i-bentay ang bigas immediately after they purchased the mga farm gate para may murang bigas lagi.

01:30Earlier, Senator Bong Revilla also shared nothing but praises to this program.

01:34Napakalaking bagay ito. Ito'y campaign promise ng ating mahalang Pangulo na dapat natin ito pa rin sa sambayanan.

01:42Team Alianza went to Pangasinan today for their latest campaign rally.

01:47With just under three weeks left before the 2025 national elections, the administration's senatorial bet said they will further intensify their efforts to woo voters.

01:57Ramdam mo yung dalahan ng grupo at nakakatuwa, nakaka-tagu sa puso itong ginagawa.

02:04So, maraming salamat po sa lahat ng pumunta rin ito.

02:07Prior to this, Alianza Senatorial Candidate Manny Pacquiao also visited Desmarinas Cavite along with other Alianza bets.

02:14While for House Deputy Speaker Camille Villar, she assured to continue prioritizing overseas Filipino workers.
