00:10According to the CBCP News report, the Apostolic Nunchatur will be open to the public on Tuesday, April 29 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. for those who want to sign at the Book of Condolences.
00:22Meanwhile, about 103 cardinals were present during the Second General Congregation of the College of Cardinals, where the cardinals approved the program for Noven Miguel's or Nine Day Official Mourning of the Catholic Church.
